The staff were all very kind, courteous and professional. The room was very clean - much, much cleaner than a much more expensive "luxury" hotel I stayed at on Cebu mainland. Although we didn't eat dinner there, the hotel buffet dinner looked quite good. Our room included breakfast, but we had to leave too early (5am) to catch a flight, but they prepared a take-out breakfast for us, which was surprisingly good, exceeding expectations. Free shuttle bus to airport was quick and smooth. Will definitely stay again on future trips to Cebu.

There's no escalator nor elevator, at least not from the lobby to 2F. I had a leg injury and having to use stairs was inconvenient/challenging.

These are the good points. The staff were very friendly and accommodating esp the receptionist. The place is clean. The location is 10-15 mins (off-peak) from the airport and they offered FREE transfer. Our request to have the rooms close to each other and a packed breakfast (since my family have to catch the first flight so they checked out early at 3 am) were granted. Overall, my family highly recommended their place and definitely would go back.

There’s only one thing we would like to comment on their toilet, you have to be careful not to trip/stumble due to its location but not for really a negative comment, a signage of caution will do.

Good place to stay a day or two. Great if you need a place to rest before the airport - Its only a few minutes from Mactan International Airport. Buffer breakfast is also good, offered enough options for a family of 4 with different dietary preferences.- also within very close distance to a lot of restaurants. Its also clean and the staff is great.

The shower drain doesn't function very well and it gets clogged quite easily, and the shower area isn't isolated from the entire bathroom so the entire bathroom gets flooded from the shower.

Friendly staff, perfect location for a lay over. Every hour shuttle bus to the airport.

Management decided not to serve bread 🍞 during breakfast anymore and serve every dat next to Asian food only pancakes 🥞. Worst decision ever for European people. By the way, if you remove the bread, also remove the bread toasters as they are there now for show and being useless. Reverse this decision as soon as possible!!!! The bakery is on the other side of the street and the costs are almost nothing. This can avoid this remark in a future review as we stayed here more than once.

Friendly and helpful staff, decent enough breakfast, excellent location near the airport, a few malls nearby for basic needs/shopping. Nearby 7-11, pharmacy, Starbucks, supermarket and restaurants. Airport shuttle can be booked ahead of time with a very friendly driver and drop off direct to your terminal. Designated smoking area. Meets expectation for the price point.

It can be noisy, because the air conditioning exits to the outside of the room. Shower pressure wasn't great, but ok.

The Hotel is only a few minutes from the airport. They have a 24h reception and a free airport shuttle. Across the street is a 7/11 which seems to be open round the clock and has an ATM. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and all was clean. The hotel is on a busy street, but the windows isolate well against noise, and the a/c worked.

On arrival at the airport at 3am the pickup wasn't there. Not a really big deal since the airport area is busy and safe even at night, and a phone call solved the issue. The breakfast was not bad, but we happened to be there just after a large group and not much was left except coffee and rice. They did top up later, though.

Breakfast was opening 6.00 hr. During our stay on the 7/8th of April we took an early flight and the ordered breakfast was perfect. However, on the 15/16th of April we took a late flight and the buffet breakfast was disappointing. Water pressure for shower Some issues with booking pick-up by airport shuttle at the airport, latest update / communication when we were supposed to be picked up was missed so we took a ordinary taxi to the hotel Aircon was not able to bring down the temperature we preferred (remains too hot)

#1 location. It is very near to airport, grocery, restaurants and other places you might need to get stuff on your travel. Free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. Staff friendly and approachable. A thoughtful layout of the hotel. Some of the rooms may get a bit noisy from street traffic but if you are deep sleeper it might not bother you.

Bathroom needs shower curtain lowered to prevent water getting into the whole bathroom.

I like how close the hotel is from the airport. Perfect for an overnight stay for international connecting flight like mine. I especially love the free transportation from the airport to the hotel. I had a friend call this hotel before I arrived at the airport since I didn’t have a local phone number. I found out that they can be contacted through Viber and WhatsApp. I received a text from them with instructions for airport pick up. The driver was already waiting for me as soon as I got to the airport. The concierge is very accommodating, knowledgable and always pleasant. The room and bathroom is spacious, and clean. The bed is comfortable. A free hot meal for breakfast is a big plus. I love the location. It’s close to the grocery store, 7 eleven, pharmacy and the mall.

Nothing. I love everything about this hotel. Just maybe a weighing scale? I was told it was borrowed at one point and was never returned.

Super close to the airport with shuttle survive 24/7. we took a room as we had a 6am flight and the shuttle goes the whole night at every full hour (you have to let the staff know in advance to organize the pick up for you). Breakfast was included and as we left at 4am, the kitchen made us a take away doggy bag to bring to the airport. Rooms were clean and the lobby area looked quite new and well maintained. Especially for the price we paid it’s a great value!

The a/c was really loud but sleeping without it was impossible, as the small rooms heat up quite fast.
