I loved the hotel location, it's 2 min from the sea, and in the heart of the old city. The room was amazing, everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, everything feels really new and good quality. The hotel staff is nice & friendly, and they provide really high quality service. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day, all the toiletries restocked - it's like you enter a new, clean room each day, not every hotel does that! The staff also helped me arrange a transfer from the airport. Breakfast is served in a lovely cafe downstairs, it's tasty and great value too.

The only thing that could be improved is AC. I arrived off season, but it's already getting hot, and the AC was still on "winter mode", the staff told me they couldn't change it, and I wasn't sure why. It was quite hot in the room, in the evening as well, and it did affect the quality of sleep. I really hope the AC works well in the summer, and they change it to be individually controlled by each room. Otherwise this is a really good hotel, and I would recommend it!

There is a tavern next to the hotel with very loud music until 2 am on fridays and Saturdays, better next time to warn the guests which their rooms facing the tavern and give them earplugs from the check in and not in the middle of night.

The hotel is in the old port area of Limassol, next to an ancient castle. There are plenty of pubs and cafes to choose nearby and it’s just opposite the seaside. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall, it was an outstanding experience, receiving top marks for the room, location, staff, and services. Kalia at reception was exceptionally pleasant, and her hospitality and cooperation left a lasting impression. Thank you Kalia.

Beautiful and really comfortable hotel in the old town of Limassol. Perfect location - amazing staff. Very helpful and gave me tips for parking and discovering the next days on the island. Quiet and modern room on the 3rd floor - cozy bed and pillows - slept very well. Breakfast a la carte in the restaurant - very delicious and a good start for the day. Was there for four nights - could stay longer and will book this hotel again in case I will be in Cyprus again.

Great hotel, great location, very friendly staff, Maria on reception was so amazingly friendly, she goes out of her way to help you. The rooms had everything you needed. The breakfast was lovely, we had the pizza in the evening, that was very good. You can hire beach towels. There is a car park right next door to the hotel, it is hit and miss if there are spaces but a bit of patience you could get in, the charges are 7am -11pm. The location of the hotel gives you access to the old and new port which now has lots of eateries and then the old town, make sure you explore the back streets not just the immediate streets, there are some great eateries.

When we arrived in the room we thought omg because the bathroom was see through, but was then relieved that a light switch made it opaque and private. The pictures on the website shows the bathroom as see through, it could put people off....

The location was excellent, right in the centre with lots of activity. The ambience of the hotel is good Beaches nearby to suit most people (some quite plush). The room was lovely and the restaurant just outside the hotel served good food throughout the day.

Nothing really to dislike accept that whilst we knew the hotel did not offer parking we would liked to have been given better instructions on parking and how to find the hotel. Once we knew what to do, everything was fine but we arrived after 9pm when it was dark and the car park was full (albeit for only a short while) and we were not sure how to access the hotel. Apart from this blip at the beginning, parking was fine and the hotel is easy to access.

My recent stay at The Old Port Hotel in Limassol was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel boasts a prime location that blends convenience with charm, offering easy access to the bustling old port and its array of attractions. The room was a haven of comfort and elegance, featuring tasteful decor and all the modern amenities you could wish for, complemented by stunning views that added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay.

Despite some issues, the staff were always helpful and did their best to address any concerns, which I greatly appreciated. I believe that with a few adjustments, the hotel could truly be an exceptional place to stay.

Disappointed with breakfast service, we had 4x €18 breakfast options for our room - arrived at breakfast with five minutes to go as we didn’t realise breakfast finished at 10, reception confirmed it was ok but after sitting down the waiter advised it’s too late. - fortunately it was resolved by reception and we had breakfast but only after being told they couldn’t make omelettes etc as they don’t have the time. Was a shame for such a great stay to leave with this service.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel! Despite that it's located in the city center, my room (windows facing away from the restaurants) was absolutely quiet, both from the street and from inside the building. The room and the bathroom are very clean, comfortable bed, breakfast is delicious, served in the hotel's cozy restaurant on your order. Lots of cafes and restaurants right at the doorsteps, Limassol marina 5 min walk. Tourist information is nearby, I'd strongly recommend to go there for any advices regarding attractions, public transport, etc. - they are very professional. Staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely book here again :)

Bathroom has limited room for storage, additional shelf would be helpful. I struggled a bit with the shower door, it didn't open easily
