well located. awesome stuff. it’s pretty new. free parking.

1. the poor breakfast doesn’t match the luxury interior and this place at general. i was thinking it is a good deal with breakfast and it is worth paying. but after this breakfast you need to eat elsewhere. and the food located next to kitchen door, so every time you come to take some food there is a waiter trying to enter that kitchen door, and you both dancing to disperse, and every time it’s awkward. 2. mattress is bad. the whole interior is luxury, every piece of furniture marked with golden labels, saying it’s made in Italy specifically for Del Mar Limassol, and then they put cheap mattress on the beautiful bed. really? me and my wife were rolling to the centre of mattresses — that’s how it’s cheap. two nights is maximum to sleep on it.

Set in a much larger apartment building the hotel is small and intimate, breakfast is continental style but lovely, and the staff are very friendly. . Parking is excellent and plentiful, and while the location is on a very busy main road the beach is just opposite. The whole hotel has spectacular sea views and thats what I miss the most.

The busy main road outside which was very noisy. Fools driving very loud cars up and down late at night made it impossible to have patio doors open. Not the end of the world but not a peaceful place.

It's a very beautiful impressive building! The room, porch, sea view, and infinity pool ! The courteous and helpful staff .For dietary reasons, I really chose this place for the kitchenette. No oven or burner, but had a microwave, fridge, sink, coffee- maker, and dishware. The local bus to and from town, the old city, and port, more beaches, and the mall (at the end of the line) -stops right near the hotel and is very convenient, especially since taxis were few and far between...There are also nearby restaurants, bars, and local supermarket.

The salad at breakfast was recycled, not fresh. There really were very few guests at breakfast -( off season), but still.... ,There's no on-site spa, but I ordered a spa day in the Leonardo, a few bus stops towards town. That worked out fine.

Great property, staff were excellent room was clean and well appointed. Located at the end of the Limassol strip, not a bad thing, but with easy access into the town centre. Car parking in private car park via security was also excellent. Infinity pool was, as in the photo for the venue, was great but so many mosaic tiles are missing making is look far older than it is!! I think they have the Ph levels all wrong so the water is eating the grout away - small problem but hey…. Oh and the Gym is very good…

New and very comfortable rooms. Pleasant pool area.

Maybe it is because it just opened but the absence of room service (both food and drinks) and the absence of any restaurant or bar on the premises is very uncomfortable after a long working day and should be made very clear at the time of booking. Also absence of a beach.

Beautiful building with great views. The apartment was very specious and exactly as advertized. Downstairs reception and third floor reception both had very helpful and kind staff. The walls were really soundproof and there was not a single night where you would feel disturbed. Bed was super comfortable.

Only two minor "issues". One - theres no electrical socket in the bathroom, which is very weird when you want to dry your hair or charge your shaver - you need to do both outside the bathroom. Two - the breakfast lacked variety. I understand that its not a hotel, so the breakfast as such is a sort of "bonus", but would have been nice to get eggs or omellette or sausages at least once...

This beautiful property is situated at the seafront avenue which takes you to the centre of Limassol within 10 minutes. The decor and amenities of the rooms are of high quality. Breakfast can please all tastes, It was simple but very tasty. Plenty of parking and a sense of safety!

The staff is attentive except for housekeeping which always forgot something. Although spacious and comfortable, the studios have very small bathrooms which only fit one person at a time!

As always, excellent! This is our fifth time staying at this hotel, and we're always happy to return. Great location, right across from the beach and close to restaurants, with spacious rooms featuring large, comfortable beds. The room includes a capsule coffee maker (with capsules replenished daily by the hotel), a fridge, utensils, and more. Friendly and attentive staff. Thank you very much!

November in Cyprus. We've seen many places from Paphos to Ayia Napa with Limassol at the middle.. Weather was around 28C all week, absolutely fabulous because you can go for a swim first half of the day and then after 4 o'clock is getting cooler, so you can hit the town for dinner and really enjoy it! During summer is way too hot.. Limassol Del Mar - fab choice of stay for those looking for residential apartments or studios, instead of resorts with plenty of noise.. You've got plenty of beach bars around, but keep in mind that after season.. most of them will be closed or going through renovation. Most spots were open around Amara and Four seasons.. as well as Limassol Marina.. Guaba was closed.. Columbia, Plus sea, Marina breeze beach bars were open.. (if) you are heading for Lady's mile beach, then the only one open is Captain's Cabin, which is cool.. just get ready for a bumpy road :) Coya restaurant used to be around the corner of Del Mar.. it seems like they changed name to Kogia, nice hot sushi there :) Del Mar staff is friendly and kind (Sotiris, Nicholas and other ones, we just don't remember their names.. from kitchen through security to reception) it's a new building so might take a while to improve a couple of things.. Thanks a mill for kindness and service.. Cheers from Ireland, Swav

Breakfast should be upgraded and extended to 11:00 and.. cocktail bar open every evening :) but.. we saw a sign that a brand new beach bar will be open soon.. :)
