The breakfasts were fantastic! The Eggs Benedict was beautifully made and so tasty. The yogurt parfaits were perfect. Fruit was fresh and yogurt smooth and creamy. The waffles were tasty and loaded with fresh fruits. The waitress was so friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer to sample the other offerings. The common room had large window seats that overlooked the large veranda. The room was comfortable and filled with books and games. The Inn was a block and a half from downtown and restaurants. The Inn was very easy to enter and exit on the Main Street, near to the highway and only about 5 miles from Waterbury. I would definitely book here again.

Not so much didn't like something, but if I had known in advance that there were some first floor rooms, I would have booked one of those because my friend had trouble climbing, but the room was worth it.

Quaint and comfortable, the property was also located conveniently near restaurants and a library, and the area felt very safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was AMAZING!

The bathroom was a bit small and we could hear the whole phone conversation of the lady staying in the next room.

I wanted à ‘Gilmore girls like’ experience and I got exactly what I was looking for at the Old Stagecoach Inn. The place is lovely, full of character, super well maintained. The staff was amazingly welcoming, I felt at home. Breakfast excellent and they try their best to accommodate allergies or other diet preferences which is very nice of them! the free cookies at the lobby were amazing, the location really great at the heart of the village. my room as super tiny but comfortable. I used the ‘living room’ space in the evenings, super nice.

the price is quite high given I had to share a bathroom with 2 other rooms but I had no issues with bathroom being used when I wanted to, so was not a problem (I was aware I had booked a shared bathroom room, so no bad surprise). the bathroom itself was super clean, so agreeable to use. As in all old buildings, noise isolation is quite non existent, so bring earplugs.

The location of this inn is just lovely, within walking distance to several restaurants, taverns and shops. It is in a beautiful old dwelling with some stained glass windows and a delicious breakfast was served. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Loved the whole experience.

Definitely ask for a main level room if you have a problem with steps.

We loved the breakfast! It was delicious, fresh, and made to order. The location was excellent, since it was right off the freeway and close to a lot of the activities we planned to do in the area. The employees were friendly and helpful. The rooms were decorated with fun antiques and were cozy.

We had booked a room with three beds and there were only two beds when we arrived due to an issue with the bed that had been there before, so one of us had to sleep on a blow up mattress. We were really grateful that they were able to accommodated us with that, though!

The breakfast was exceptional. Great location. The owner was very friendly. We had an issue with our room and it was taken care of to our satisfaction. Very comfortable.

This is a beautiful old Inn. Some of the aspects of the room have been updated while others could use it.

This is the second time we use this hotel to visit our daughter, the location is excellent because we took Amtrak to VT, it’s walkable from train station( although our daughter picked us up and dropped us off)

The shower could be a bit big.

The owner, Christa, thought of everything. There was a lovely sitting area for two in my room. The house was so warm and inviting. There was a fascinating book on the history of the inn which I read in front of a warm fire in the living room. Hot chocolate and coffee anytime, a bar open until 9 or so, so many delicious choices for breakfast. Absolutely wonderful.

It was perfect.

They have games and snacks. The proximity to everything is wonderful.

The fire suppression system is exposed above our bed and desperately needs a cover or caulking. Also the flooring on the patio is in need of replacement.

Breakfast was really great. Many hot options. Innkeeper was very welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well.

Wish we could have been able to purchase drinks and water there. Small fridge in room would be ideal. Usb ports to charge phones somewhere near night tables would be good too. But these are small suggestions. Overall liked the place !
