Nice room, very comfortable. The surrounding grounds, covered bridge, kids swings, large covered pool house, and gas fire table and chairs out back were a surprise. Should have pictures on your site to go check it out. You wouldn’t know it’s all back there.

Mounted soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bath/shower area way to high for bathtub users. You behave to get up each time to get products. And the soap by the sink is in a mounted unremovable bracket also…..so nothing to move over to the tub either. Dumb planning except for you worrying about saving your company money. This really made me mad. Had to squirt soap and shampoo into used plastic cups to get down by the tub area.

I liked the location to downtown - walkable once you cross the busy intersection. I loved the room, huge ground level and comfortable beds. The staff was excellent - shout out to Sarah for checking us in and later giving us a ring to check up on us. Mandy greeted us at breakfast and was amazing, taking the time to show us how things work. Everyone we encountered showed us care and made us feel like an individual. The room was great but the real value is this team that cares so much.

The property was lovely. I just wish there was a cross walk from Blush Hill to Stowe Street. We wore our reflective vests and made a run for it once it was safe. :)

Clean with attention to detail, cleanliness matched my standards. Quiet, convenient parking with private door to come and go w/o having to go through lobby. abundance of towels, comfortable bed & pillows, heat/air in good working order, screened in window for fresh air wonderful and extra little table, comfortable side, desk & ergonomically comfortable desk chair made it easy to relax. Nice size and working fridge also.

Breakfast offering minimal and eggs & potatoes not very good. Did not see any fresh fruit. Coffee watered down. The one staff overseeing breakfast felt intrusive.

This felt like an upscale hotel. The nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at. Everything was super clean, loved the amenities, hotel staff was very friendly and informative. The cleaning crew kept up with my room everyday, even changed the trash cans everyday. The shower had great pressure and the built in body wash, shampoo and conditioner was convenient. The breakfast was awesome!! Excellent cook and the food was delicious and so was the coffee. Everything worked great in my room, the beds were comfortable and the TV and heat worked great too. If I ever come back and visit this state, I'll definitely stay here again. 5 stars!! Made my stay here even more pleasant. Keep up the great work!!!

Stayed here on a snowboard trip for 4 nights. It was epic. The location is great because it gives you access to lots of resorts around within a reasonable drive. The hotel was great all around. The breakfast is also fantastic. Only complaint is there is a water drain in the parking lot that is like a deep pothole. It's difficult to see at night or if it is slightly snow covered. I was worried about damage to my vehicle after going through it, but luckily everything was fine. There should be some sort of marker to reveal this spot.

Clean and comfortable rooms, beds super comfortable. Great staff, always greeted with a smile and they have cookies! Great breakfast, probably the best we've had at a hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Kids loved the pool which was very clean and great size. Just a really great stay. Enjoyed everything about it. We had a disability room because I broke my knee and am using a wheel chair right now. The bathroom was huge and loved the shower. I was able to get in no problem and it had a place for me to sit etc. The kids loved taking a bath in the big tub with jets. That was a bonus! The room itself was very good size with a table with 4 chairs to eat at. Mountain views and even a fireplace that of course we didn't use this time of year, but would be great in winter months! They also have a nice outside area right outside the pool area with seating and fire at night. Rooms are also very quiet. Great location too!

Breakfast had so many options-the most delicious roast vegetables and eggs, waffles, bacon/sausage, yogurt with toppings, oatmeal with toppings, breakfast tacos, and also grab and go things like bagels/toast/fruit. Delicious, nutritious, and something to please everyone. They offered breakfast for a 4 hour window so early risers and later sleepers could make it in time.

There was not one thing to complain about. Delicious food, great space, excellent variety of amenities , immaculately clean, friendly service.

It was absolutely perfect. The location is so great. Close to a gorgeous little town called Stowe where are great restaurants and it is very close to skiing. The Stowe skiing resort is 20min and Sugarbush Resort is 30min of an easy drive. The breakfast was so good for a hotel facility, even the eggs tasted like eggs and there was a huge selection starting with oats, cereal, bagels, muffins, eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausages, waffles, fruits etc. Also there is a complimentary coffee machine with a freshly ground coffee in a lobby and a little store where you can buy drinks, ice cream, beer and wine and other things. There is also a water bottle refill station in the lobby which is great. 👍 The staff was so nice; starting with the reception, a breakfast lady or a cleaning people. Everyone smiles and makes you welcomed. The pool and fitness was also great and the entertaining room was fun too. We will definitely be back if we are in town. Thank you!

The hominess of the whole place. We had a suite. Very spacious and comfortable. One of our rooms has a fireplace and dining table. We were able to gather there and just relax and chat. A very good breakfast and coffee was always available. There was complimentary infused water in the lobby. A little gift shop. The hotel was decorated so nicely. The grounds were so pretty and inviting. The views of the mountains were nice but the grounds themselves were perfect for strolling, sitting or picture taking. I loved staying here. My family did as well.

That our rooms had to be so far apart. But that was not the end of the world.

Breakfast was great. However the room with snacks, soda, and frozen tv dinners was the best ! We arrived exhausted and found having the use of a microwave near room 129 was an outstanding feature. It took away the burden of finding a restaurant in a fast food desert like Stowe ! We could eat without the burden of restaurant choosing !!
