Above all else, the team at the resort embraced me with open arms, their warmth and dedication leaving an indelible mark on my experience. From the amiable front desk attendants to the industrious housekeeping crew, their heartfelt commitment infused a welcoming and cozy ambience into every moment of my stay. The haven of opulence that is Memoire Palace unfolded before me. Within its walls, my room emerged as a sanctuary of grace and refinement, adorned with tasteful embellishments and graced with contemporary conveniences. The lavish bed, adorned with sheets of utmost luxury, and the awe-inspiring vistas visible from the balcony conspired to make leaving the room an arduous task each morning. The meticulous attention poured into every facet of the room's design managed to not only meet but surpass my loftiest expectations. In retrospect, it was the human touch intertwined with the lavish setting that truly painted my stay at the resort in the most vibrant of colors.

Beautiful place, clean and the room exactly like in the pictures. Good housekeeping, they cleaned every day. Staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Soriya and Lim were always going to for extra miles. Got upgraded and they let me stay in the same room when I extended my stay. Enjoyed the massage with Phea. There was free tuk tuk to one way which I never used because I was not informed about it.

The water in the pool was kinda dirty. Did not feel that water was clean enough.Plus saw how they were cleaning the balconies and all the water with the soup and chemicals was leaking to the pool. Prices for the drinks by the pool extremely overpriced. And not sure if they made 15% discounts on my orders from the restaurant. But yeah, if the price in a good restaurant in the city is 3,5$ in the hotel is over 8$ with their tax and the service charge. Almost 10$ for 2 coconut water and the sprite.I think it is too much! And plus I think I was leaving already they didn’t not do the discounts at all. And the shuttle to the airport was 65$! Then they give me discount 55$😅. When the normal rate 20-30$.🤷🏻‍♀️🤯.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was awesome as were the rest of the facilities. Great pool, Brekky, spa and restaurant.

Only complaint would be the mozzies but there was spray everywhere, so the resort was aware and catered for this

Many resorts across this region are known for the staffs friendliness, welcome and service, but for us nothing has matched the amazing people working at Memoire. Every single person we came across was genuinely friendly and helpful and extremely good at making you feel very special. Whilst it’s hard to pick one person out we must pay special credit to Salin who we got to know well during our stay and who went out of her way to ensure every meal we had was special. Thanks you Salin. We will make time to visit again as soon as we can and highly recommend this report.

Only issue with the Siem Reap area is Mosquitoes so take plenty of spray with you.

We booked on Black Friday sales so we got our room at a fraction of the normal price. Our room had a balcony, sitting area and over looked the absolutely massive pool. Staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. Stand out service by Vin. The hotel was a bit too far to walk to Pub Street but a tuk tuk only cost 3 USD each way. Beware Cambodia mostly uses American dollars. For transport to and from the airport which is quite a distance I can recommend Hing [email protected] Hing can also arrange tours for you to floating village. Cambo Tour’s are also great to go to Wat Thmey ‘killing fields’ in Siem Tesp.

The staff were excellent, very friendly. Breakfast good and the pool was brilliant after a long morning sightseeing. Few sunbeds but always able to get one, no matter what time we arrived. Room very spacious and bed super comfy. Location is $1 ride from town, download grab app for taxis.This was easy to use and very convenient. Location for us perfect as we wanted to build in chill time too. Hotel is quiet, again perfect for afternoon chill.

The rooms were pleasant, spacious, and located right by the pool. The pool was exceptionally large - pool water was warm. The garden area was beautifully maintained and had an exotic feel. The hotel is well-kept—ideal for a trip to Angkor Wat. Staff was friendly. The hotel grounds were very quiet and pleasant. The bed and pillows were comfortable. May-September is low season, there are only a few tourists in the area, which means a high staff-to-guest ratio and very attentive service.

There were many mosquitoes in the garden, along with small crickets and bugs, some of which made their way into the room due to a slight gap under the door and windows that weren’t fully sealed. Mosquito repellent spray was provided in the room. We had brought our own mosquito plug-in, which was very helpful. The surrounding area isn’t suitable for a casual walk, but the town center with restaurants, coffee shops, and more is just a 5–10 minute tuk-tuk ride away. There was no smart TV, but it didn’t really matter for a short stay, as most of the time is spent exploring anyway.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to its impeccable service and serene ambiance. The staff consistently went above and beyond, greeting us with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. A standout example was their arrangement of a full-day tuk-tuk tour to Angkor Wat with Sot, a driver whose professionalism and local insight we cannot recommend highly enough. Our room, overlooking the glistening pool, offered a tranquil retreat. Spacious, immaculately clean, and blissfully quiet, it provided the perfect balance of comfort and relaxation. The hotel’s dining experience also exceeded expectations. We dined at the restaurant twice, impressed by the high-quality cuisine and surprisingly reasonable prices—a rare find in a resort setting. Equally memorable were the spa treatments; the skilled therapists delivered some of the best massages we’ve experienced in Asia, prompting us to return multiple times. Located just a five-minute drive from Pub Street, the resort strikes an ideal balance between convenience and tranquility. Tuk-tuk rides to the bustling heart of Siem Reap cost a mere $2–3, allowing us to enjoy the city’s energy while retreating to the property’s peaceful oasis each evening. For travelers seeking both accessibility and calm, this hotel is an absolute gem.

While our stay was overwhelmingly positive, we did encounter a few minor issues worth noting. The TV signal reliability and limited English channel selection left room for improvement, though this was hardly a priority during our stay. Additionally, we noticed a momentary inconvenience with a slightly odorous bathroom drain, but the staff swiftly resolved the issue promptly upon request. These quirks were trivial in the grand scheme of our experience—far too minor to detract from our enjoyment of the hotel’s exceptional hospitality.
