- Great proximity to everything you such as shopping mall, red shuttle stop, popular restaurants, shops, and Tumon - only within a 10-minute walk. - Plenty of food options within the premises, so you’ll never have to worry about finding something to eat. - Staff were very helpful and always smiling. The hotel is also very family-friendly, so it will be a great choice for those traveling with kids. - Wi-Fi was decent – not super fast, but stable and usable. - Room was nice and clean though the property is a bit dated - Swimming pool looked well-maintained and was clean.

Not so much to complain about. Everything was great. It would have been just better if the Wifi had been a bit stronger

The hotel offers the most breathtaking sea view I've ever seen! The beach is incredibly clean and the water is crystal clear. Waking up every morning to that stunning view was a dream. The rooms are spacious and spotless — honestly, the entire stay exceeded my expectations The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially when they found out we had come all the way from Bahrain they went out of their way to make us feel at home. nothing at all

Breakfast was full of people and waiting list so if you are late, you will be waiting a lot .. servers seem to hurry and rush to collect dishes while eating since there are a long line of people waiting. It is better to use lounge breakfast if included in your room (much shorter waiting and similar menu).

Restaurants were overrated since the staffs are not trained at all. Some are very professional and kind, some are not. Some other restaurants on the street will be nicer in terms of service. I wouldn't recommend any restaurants except TASI GRILL. TASI GRILL is a must!!

The view was spectacular. It was like sitting in the middle of a postcard. There were also restaurants and stores all around. We didn't have to get in the car once during our overnight stay.

The stand in shower could use better cleaning and the toilet closet smelled musty and of urine. I did some cleaning myself. I also thought the valet charged was very steep especially as guest ($18 USD).

Staff were very helpful. Amazing location Good food Also to highlight Norman who runs the water sports rental, he was very friendly, welcoming, funny, and an excellent representative of the Dusti staff

The location is fantastic and in fact there are two properties. Dusit Thani and Dusit Beach resort. something that booking.com does not elaborate on the app. and you should. also the suite we booked was big but not very well designed more on that later. The food is good, the beach and pool are fantastic. The staff is super Awesome and Friendly and very helpful

Now this is the part I’d like to divide into three things 1. the Room - Mountain view Suite. it was big but poorly designed. The kitchenette was just a waste they could have made the living area much bigger and the bedroom actually felt a little small 2. Tasi Grill - The beach bar had very average cocktails for a hotel that good. I was hoping they would stir up some great martinis but even Mojitos were just average 3. Food Options - I’d expect a hotel of that stature would have 24 hour room service but no. all food even room service was limited to the three restaurants and nothing was available after 9:00 except the Deli that was available till 10:00

Nice view. Breakfast buffet on point but didnt have espresso options available due to maintenance at cafe or something.

For the price id expect a bit better. Also room was warm upon arrival and took a while for it to cool down.

The view from the room of the sea was beautiful and the hotel location on the beach was great.

The rooms and property looked a bit dated,the bathroom drain was jammed and the water did not drain in the shower room.

Facility was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Staff was nice and helpful.

You could hear doors slamming and people talking. Walls are thin.

The location is very good, as the hotel is located in the center of Tumon area. There are restaurants in and near the hotel.

Elevators are crowded at certain time of day, such as the time guests go and return to/from a restaurant for breakfast, etc.
