Big 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom rooms Location. Swimming pool

Some places (in the corridors or outside) are required renovation. Some standard rooms are not good (need a big renovation). Our friends got this number (booking was in my name). But the hotel agreed to change it and gave them even better number. Thank you a lot for this? And also i strongly recommend to provide in the each room: tablets for dishwasher , plastic bags for garbage, sponge for planes and clothes pins. It costs a little but is very needed and helpful and what you don’t have this from the beginning - it is very helpful uncomfortable. (If you afraid that people will take it home, just leave only a few tablets, plastic bags)

There is a lot of things to like in this Hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had 3 rooms and they were all very good, with balconies. Beds are comfortable, there is everything you need in the hotel. A small shop that has all the necessities, a storage room, a clean and big swimming pool suitable for all ages, and not crowded. breakfast was good too with all the basics, if you arrive early for breakfast then you can sit on the balcony and enjoy an amazing view of the sea. The staff were super good and very helpful, especially the reception staff. Especially Litsa and Alina :)

The Hotel looks a little old, some renovation can be helpful. But still its pretty good as it is. Wifi can be improved in some locations. but works fine in most places in the hotel

All was perfect. Very good and rich breakfast. The spa is excellent..

We asked to keep the room for an hour more and it was refused. We are often clients there and every time is the same response. We believe the late check out for an hour or more is possible since the hotel was not fully booked and is off season.

We booked a 2 bed suite and it was very spacious with an excellent view. It would have been a nice touch to provide a bottle of drinking water in the room. The breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold choices, the only minor problem was that the hot food wasn't very hot and when put onto a cold plate it was cold by the time you got it to the table. The quality was excellent, the fruit was all fresh, even local bananas which were excellent. It was January so we didn't use the pool, the pool area was very spacious and clean however.

The hot food at breakfast could have been hotter.

Wry noisy especially as the pools are opening before 8 am and too many families with little kids are there early birds! These must be changed so the rest of the guests can enjoy there stay in the hotel too!!! Usually most outside pools are opened after breakfast time !

The location near the sea is beautiful and allows for great walks every morning. We also walked to the Harbour, a pleasent 55 minutes walk. The beach of the nearby hotel is just a few minutes walk. The staff was helpful when we needed a doctor and helped arranging that. Breakfast had enough options including healthy options. There are a few restaurants nearby. The rooms are large especially the suits. They also have a small kitchenate, which was useful. We do recommend the hotel.

The biggest issue for us was the indoor pool that was cold. April is still too cold for the outdoor pool. We didnt manage to operate the heating in the room and it was cold on some of the days. When food finished at breakfast it wasn't refilled. The building was a bit old, a few power cuts, and fire alarm. We haven't used the hotel restaurant for dinner as there were no vegetarian options. The bus system is not so great you need to take 2 buses to get to the Harbour or shopping mall.

The hotel was lovely, and overlooked the sea which was beautiful. We had a few annoyances with the room, largely with some of the other guests in the same floor screaming and banging on our doors. This was resolved by the security team thankfully. We also had experienced some power cuts in our room. When we raised this with reception they said the lights sometimes go off when you haven’t been moving, however this was not the case and the tv turned off too, and all electrical plugs stopped working and we were in darkness for about ten minutes. This happened 3 times during our weeks stay. The breakfast was okay, it was pretty standard but a nice selection. Dinner was unfortunately not great. We ate at the restaurant one night, and the food was very bland and boring. Most of it was cold and we were charged €54 for two drinks and two plates. Some of the most expensive food we had whilst on the island and also the worst. The room its self was nice, very standard but that’s all we needed and paid for. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely and perfect on the warmer days.

I liked first of all the sea view, the feeling of tranquility and the famous sunset that I admired from the balcony, but also the hotel staff, very friendly.

Friendly and professional staff, we had early morning check-out and they organized the breakfast for us. Big thanks for that! Also liked the location of hotel and the pool (indoor pool). Our room was cleaned every day. Very good breakfast and dinner! Lots of vegetables.

A bit old rooms and furniture, bare walls. No coziness in the hotel, the enterance hall has some old couches. No music, no carpets.

Τhe location is very close from the city centre. There were 3 large pools according to age which was very convenient for families with children of different ages. What I mostly liked about it was the fact that all the pools were fenced at night with removable fences which made family with small children have no worry about it at nights. The staff was friendly. The room we booked was really spacious for a family of four. We had a nice side sea view. The pool opened at 9 in which made it convenient for guests to have quiet mornings and there was no rush to catch breakfast as it was available until 11. There was a variety of options available. Kitchen was fully equipped including with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Just a few steps away from rough sea or a swim for the brave ones. Jogging recommended. I would definitely recommend it and would return back next year. Ideal for sunset ior moon lovers

Mattresses were a bit hard for me.
