We could not have picked a better hotel if we tried. The location is absolutely perfect and just a two minute walk away from the ski lifts, however, the hotel have a shuttle service and will take you there. I rented my snowboard from the hotel and the service was impeccable. The breakfast is also out of this world and the food is so lovely. The staff are so incredibly helpful and will do anything you need them to. The rooms are massive and exceptionally clean. We are already booking to come back!

Breakfast fantastic. Facilities fantastic. Staff incredible, attentive, professional. Perfectly comfortable. All staff are great from the boot/ski room, taxi to the slope, Spa staff and all front of house/bar staff. Big thanks to the room attendants who made our stay extra special.

EXCEPTIONAL! The hotel itself is pure luxury but what makes this hotel special is the staff! This was the best service we have ever experienced! The attention to detail was just phenomenal! For example everyday the ski shuttle would collect us from the slopes, and when we would arrive back at the equipment store, cold bottles of water and our belongings would be laid out ready for our arrival. It was operationally seamless. Concierge took care of everything; ski hire, passes, all lunch and dinner reservations allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our trip. Our new fave place! Couldn’t recommend more!

Everything — the service, the location, the rooms, the spa, the breakfast, and the facilities were all excellent.

Nothing to dislike

Stayed here a few times during the season: unbelievable service (shuttle service was a real bonus) and amenities (especially the spa and the ski room) plus the room was huge and wonderfully decorated, with fabulous staff, and lovely restaurant - one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and can't wait to come back next season!

Simply excellent start to finish. Room was amazing, bar area is cosy and beautiful, staff were superb and couldn’t help us enough. Just a fabulous experience we will definitely go back!
