The host Stephanie was very responsive. The moment we walked in the suite it had the comfort of home but luxurious like a boutique hotel. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud and the duvet was warm and cozy. There was a full kitchenette with everything that you would need and the bathroom with the walk in shower … OMG gorgeous. Immaculately clean and bright. Last but not least the breakfast the next morning was so yummy . Warm croissants and muffins with fresh fruit and yogurt and a Keurig coffee maker with all your coffee favourites to start your day. ❤️

Beautiful building right in the heart of Westport, comfortable bed, and huge bathroom and shower. The room looked recently renovated and came with ample cups and dishes. Fridge was upscale with a glass door, not one of those cheap chain hotel ones. The room even had a Brita filter. On the morning of check-in, got a text message from the owner with the code for the lock on the room so didn't need to find time to visit a front desk to check in. Every evening, got a message asking what time I wanted breakfast delivered to my room. There was no forced interaction with other guests at breakfast -- a bonus in my book. Check-out was a breeze too. Payment went through booking.com so only had to send a message to the owner and could leave. Again, no need to go to a front desk.

Wifi was spotty, especially at night. Signal strength was fine, but Internet cut out every few minutes and I had to switch to mobile data. It seemed ok in the morning, so probably just too many people using it.

The access is very secure but functional for guests to check in and out. The facilities are beautifully designed, kept immaculately and everything you could need is provided.

There is a somewhat funny, (probably unnecessary) shelf just above the loo that impedes access to the flush mechanism. However, I enjoy a challenge and all of the facilities and decor were of an exceptionally high and impressive standard.

A friend and I spent one night in the loft ... wished we had booked more time! The unit is very comfortable, well equipped with a complete kitchen with all updated furnishings .. great shower! Available parking on site was a true plus. Check in was easy and we were lucky to be accommodated for a request to enter early. Will definitely return, and highly recommend.

The location was great. It was walking distance to nice shops and cafes and restaurants. It was very quiet and we got a good nights sleep. The continental breakfast was just right with warm croissants and muffins, yogurt and fruit. The amenities in the room were everything we could possibly need. Even though Stephanie was not feeling well, she still made us feel welcome. It was great experience all around.

The variety of food for breakfast and quantity was perfect. Room was spacious, bright & very clean. Shower was very nice. The location is 10 on 10 and Stephanie was very pleasant.

We stayed one night at the Victorian Luxury Suites in Westport and we were very pleased with our choice of accommodation. It is a quaint Victorian home that has been converted into a boutique inn in the center of the small village of Westport. We stayed in the Blue Room, which was beautifully updated and tastefully decorated. It had a small kitchenette which was very well equipped to handle even longer stays. A continental breakfast is included which the owner, Stephanie, brought up to us on a tray to enjoy in our room at the cozy dining table. Our breakfast included an assortment of fruit, muffins, English muffins (which we toasted), and yogurt. The inn is centrally located and is a short walk to the marina and several restaurants and cute shops.

Unfortunately, we only met the owner when she dropped off our breakfast early in the morning and we didn't have an opportunity to have a longer chat with her. While we enjoyed the convenience of using door codes when checking in, we did miss the personal touch.

The beautiful room was fully appointed with all we needed to stay in and prepare our own light dinner (microwave, dishes, utensils, corkscrew opener, fridge). The next morning, Stephanie provided us with amazing warm-right-out-of-the-oven croissants and muffins, along with fresh fruit and yogurt early in the morning so that we were properly fuelled for our 2nd full day of kayaking in Frontenac Park. The added features (large shower head, soaps, shampoo, lots of towels and cozy bathrobes) were greatly appreciated - as was the large and comfortable bed!

On the day of your arrival, the host provides detailed instructions for accessing your room via text. Unfortunately we had missed the message as we had been kayaking in an area without cell coverage. Had we known to check our phones afterwards, we wouldn't have had to bother the host when we arrived. It all worked out and the host was very gracious.

The Victorian-themed decor was enchanting, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere. Our suite was spacious and well-equipped with a mini fridge, a sink, and a microwave. The bathroom was spacoius, well-lit, and very clean. The location was a highlight, situated in the heart of Westport. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will definitely return.

It was in a great location, close to restaurants and the lake. You can walk pretty much to anything in Westport. The Victorian Luxury Suites is an old house that has been converted into a boutique hotel. It was very nicely done. Our room (The Loft) was very spacious with a full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Just what we were looking for.

We were a bit worried about disturbing other guest at night since we were on the top level. The sound seemed to travel. Other than that, it was very quiet.
