We stay here about every 6-7 weeks as we enjoy going to Gananoque and area! We have been staying here for 1 or 2 nights for about 4years now and have never been disappointed or had a complaint! Jenny, the owner is very freindly and always ready to help with anything you may need! During the summer months we always rent a cottage and in the winter when they are closed for the summer we stay in one of their rooms!

Have not had any problems ever so nothing to dislike!

Close to many stores, near hwy401, Fuel stations as well are close by

There supposed to be non smoking rooms but there were ashtrays outside this room and the very next room as well and the room smelt of cigarette smoke. I don't smoke. Disgusting. You could hear talking and the TV in the next room, the dog next door was barking at 2am and woke me up, not very impressive. Will I return? I think it's quieter to sleep my car, and it doesn't smell of cigarettes. There is no breakfast as the ads say that breakfast is included, the restaurant is closed Residents that stay there full time had a truck jacked up in the parking lot and were changing the brakes.

as usual the cottage was clean and comfortable! Got a little chilly at night but the electric heat took care of it nicely! As it was Thanksgiving weekend the owners offered up an excellent turkey dinner on the house! It was delicious!

The only dislike we have is the fact that the cottages are seasonal and will be closed for the winter very soon! The regular rooms are just as comfortable so it is not really a dislike, just a preference on our part!

At first, I was worried because of the other reviews, but the hotel was very good! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and always there to help. Breakfast in the morning is also nice. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Rented the larger cottage this time and will again from now on! Very well appointed and spacious! Had two double beds and a pull out couch! Located at the rear of the lot so was nice and quiet! Owners are super and very freindly! Always happy to see repeat clients! Always a great experience staying there!

Hot water takes a while to get to the cottages from the main buiding but is noted in the bathroom to let it run a couple of minutes! When it arrives there is always enough!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The receptionist was kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions patiently. The breakfast was also good and satisfying.

The location was great. The staff were so friendly and welcoming; our room was clean. Because it was a motel we did not have high expectations. We enjoyed our trip a lot and that mattered.

Breakfast did not have that much. I wish I have not got it included to the room price.

Have stayed here often and will continue to stay here for every other trip in the area in the future! Always well received by Jenny with no surprises! Older style but always well maintained and clean!

We have stayed many times over the years and as usual everything was as expected! The room is clean including the towels, linens and bedding! The motel turned out to be busy but was still quiet!

No complaints this trip!

Very easy to find and convenient to downtown Gananoque dining and waterfront. Was an excellent place to stop on the way to Niagara Falls. Very clean, and because the weather was still cool, was able to take advantage of the screened windows for cross-ventilation and cooling.
