Location, Breakfast, amenities and great staff

The hotel should offer complimentary coffee throughout the day — it really adds to the guest experience. Breakfast could be improved by offering more variety in the meat options. They only serve sausage, so adding bacon would be a great improvement. Pancakes should be available daily, not just on certain days, and it would be nice to have sliced bread in addition to bagels. Parking shouldn’t come with an extra charge, especially since there’s no control over it — anyone can park without paying, which isn’t fair to guests. Also, mattresses should be upgraded to queen size, and more pillows should be available in the rooms for added comfort.

Breakfast was pretty good. A few fresh fruits, simple egg and a sausage patty/stick, cereal selection and lots of topping choices for oatmeal, muffins and bagel choices with toasters, and 2 pretty good waffle makers which was the main attraction. Outside of the breakfast, there was a pool, fitness room with a scale, laundry room and access to purchase small snacks and items if forgotten, not to mention very close to Walmart, Publix, Wawa and anything else I could have needed. Service was very good.

It was 21-30min away from the Silver Spur Arena, which seemed to be the common distance for many hotels, so it can't really be counted as a negative. There are not really many great food or lodging options near the arena, so this worked out pretty good because there are many options near this hotel.

The location was close to alot of restaurants and other stores. Lots of extras for the kids like the water slides, miniature golf and zip line all included with your stay on the property. Friendly hotel staff.

This was comfortable for one night stay. We wished the beds were a bit larger. Also, keep in mind this seemed to be the property for a lot of families and sports teams traveling through so at times we had to wait with several guests for the elevator. Busier breakfast service too but overall decent breakfast options with typical make your own waffle station.

The pools and bar were the best. The movie by the pool was fun. Breakfast was great. Coin laundry was convenient.

The free shuttles to Disney World were one of the reasons I selected this hotel but ended up being completely unusable since they only run once per morning and once per night (after 9pm). We ended up having to use Lyft and Uber every single day which added a lot of cost. Would rather have spent that money on a closer hotel.

Room was large, clean, spacious and seemed soundproof. Very large and clean restroom. We had 2 t.v.'s in the room. Free breakfast but I'd wake up early to make sure you were able to get some as the lobby was crowded. The guy with dark curly hair was awesome. He provided excellent customer service.

Parking fee and damage/deposit.

Extremely clean such using bleach that is sprayed to the tables surfaces and more. The room smells very bleachy . The breakfast was mediocre. I did not know the parking per night has a cost. It is an open lot, come on, the hotel can give that complimentary. It is not security on the parking lot area.

The buffet was great had a variety of food. Room were big and spacious and they have 3 different pools which my kids loved and splash pad. Free parking was a plus

For the breakfast maybe for the coffee adding flavor creamer and the room had a smell like humid and wasn’t pleasant. House keeping look like they didn’t vacuum.

Lots of options to chose from for breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, bread, and more available. I would recommend getting up early for this if you want to skip the crowd. Room and bathroom was large. 2 t.v.'s in the room was nice and the ac kept the room nice and cold. Elevators were fast and roomy. Staff was excellent!!!

Having to pay $15 for parking.

I traveled with my grandchildren they loved the breakfast in the morning. They also love the slides in the pool and the movie at night by the pool. They had a lot of fun playing the free miniature golf. The only thing that I didn’t like was they don’t have towels by the pool, you have to check them out at the front desk

I didn’t like having to check towels out at the front desk rather than having them poolside. Also, the mattress on the pullout couch was in rough shape.

proximity to various stores/restaurants (5 min drive) and Disney (10-15 min drive)

1) It is rather ridiculous to charge $5 for the internet connection. It should be free. The hotel charges enough for rooms and tries to bit yet another $5 off the customers. 2) Charging $7 per person for a shuttle to Disney is as cheesy. 3) The hotel's breakfast is until 9:30 only 4) The fountain right outside the the cafeteria's windows is nice. However it would be none the worse for repainting. The concrete platform it is based on is in cracks and worth sealing.
