Excellent staff and facility. The hotel is like an oasis in the inside; so serene and beautiful. They allowed us to check in super early since our bus arrived at 5am and helped us with tours and made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and lots of space inside the hotel to hang out as well. Overall, an excellent value for Arequipa!

We really liked the hotel and the decoration. It was peaceful and beautiful. The shower and the beds were great. The fact that you could completely close the light out of the room.

We liked our room 202 with a double bed, but room 109 (3 single beds) located underneath the breakfast area was super noisy in the morning

the receptionist was kind and always helpful. the beds were large and comfortable. the bathroom has enough room.

the building was very clean. however the doors inside the room didn’t close properly. the building didn’t have access to wheelchair. once we were having breakfast and my mother ordered fried eggs the waiter/cheff was impolite answering that SHE NEED TO WAIT. other thing there was no place to put the plates when we wanted to continue chatting after the breakfast ( the waiter/tress) didn’t come to check if we need som help.

I had a great stay at Majestad Hotel! The property is very cute, and in a great location just blocks from the plaza de Armas. The room was basic but very comfortable with a huge bathroom and awesome shower with great pressure and hot water. The staff was excellent, even coming to my rescue when my shower broke and water was spewing everywhere. They let me shower in another room before checking out which I really appreciated! Great value for money!

The staff were great. We arrived very early after arriving in Arequipa with the overnight bus. But we were allowed to go to our room straight away, giving us an extra three hours of sleep.

Nothing. Only thing I missed was a mini fridge.

It was a bit noisy sometimes because of the area or even when the staff is cleaning just outside of the room. But no biggie, maybe the only small thing

Wonderful lance in Arequipa. Very near the centre. Good value. Comfy and great buffet breakfast. I had a large spacious room. Lovely courtyard but not much space there for sitting out. There was a fridge in the room too - a bonus.

The room was well set up, comfy bed, and the best shower we’ve had travelling South America! They let us check in early post an overnight bus which made a huge difference to our stay in Arequipa. Breakfast included was also a bonus!

Beautiful garden, great location close to the historical center, helpful staff, nice room.

The bathroom door wouldn't close properly so most of the time we had to leave it ajar. It's strange that there are no lamps on the bedside tables and only the large overhead lights.

Beautiful, stylish Central Good breakfast Friendly, they let us in at 8am without extra charge so we could shower after the night bus 🙏🙏🙏

The only (-) is that at 7am breakfast wasn't ready yet and we were a little in a hurry for the excursion pick up. It took about 20 min to set the food
