We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at this accommodation. Everything was well taken care of, and we felt right at home. The location was perfect — just a short 5–10 minute walk to a quiet beach. The sea view was absolutely stunning. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and clean. The property and garden were beautifully maintained. Daily cleaning service, including dishes — such a nice touch! The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, ideal for a restful holiday. Our host Adriana was incredibly kind and helpful. She made us feel welcome from the start, and our 5-year-old daughter adored her! We could ask her for anything — even a camera charger — and she and Spiros was always happy to help. Overall, one of the most relaxing experiences we’ve had.

It was a little noisy when the upstairs apartment was occupied. Occasionally, there was air in the water pipes, which caused inconsistent water flow. Still, these were only minor inconveniences in what was otherwise a perfect stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The check-in experience with the staff was lovely and warm. The room was fine for our one night and the view was truly outstanding. Excellent hot water and the AC was strong and quite cooling. The grounds are beautiful. We would stay here again and recommended for a short stay.

A few things to keep in mind -- Your neighbors are right next door to you, so you hear a lot and often see them as well. The rooms are fine, although quite basic and we found the beds a bit hard. Wifi was not very good in the evening when others were streaming or using the bandwidth.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were breathtaking, the hospitality was warm and genuine, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s close to the beach and perfectly situated on the south end of the island, which is exactly where we prefer to stay. The hosts were amazing kind, friendly, and always welcoming. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The wifi is slow in the room. But you can sit in a common area where it seemed much faster.

Villa Levante is an oasis of calmness and beauty, ideally situated close to the Kaminia beach and having a stupendous view of the sea. You can watch the sunrise on the balcony for an unforgettable experience. The facilities are very modern, well-maintained, and the air-conditioning works perfectly. The kitchenette and the bookshelves came in handy. It is very easy to get to the beach, as the Villa is well situated in the Vassilikos peninsula. By car - it is only 15 mins to Zakynthos town. The hosts are very welcoming, taking a lot of care that everything is perfect. My husband sprained his ankle during our stay and he was not able to walk - our hosts helped us immensely, from carrying the luggage to buying the necessary medication from the pharmacy. We are very grateful for their care and look forward to our next holiday there! May Saint Dionysios bless them!

Everything was great!

We spent five nights with my family at Villa Levante in Zakynthos. The apartment is very clean, well-kept, and well-equipped. The owners made our stay wonderful with their warm hospitality. The beach is very close and clean, and the view from the balcony is amazing. There are also restaurants within a short walking distance.

Honestly, the only downside was having to leave and go back to work! If they could figure out a way to extend vacations indefinitely, that would be perfect! 😂

Check-in was easy, our host met us outside and showed us the room. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was nice and spacious and the small kitchenette had everything we needed for a week stay. There is a fridge, coffee maker, an electric tea kettle, a hotplate with 2 burners, pots and pans if you are inclined to cook, though we mostly ate at restaurants. The balcony had an amazing view overlooking the ocean and the ocean sounds and bird noises really made this experience extra magical. We had a rental car, so had no issue with getting around. We intentionally chose a location that is less populated, so we weren't concerned too much with having everything walkable. It was quiet in a good way. :)

Loved the views from the balcony and the spaciousness of the apartment. Perfect for a family of 4-5. The views were unbelievable. There is a great little beach bar at the bottom of the hill and a tavern at the top. Supermarket within walking distance.

Not a deal breaker but beds were a little hard for my taste but we were able to sleep. There is AC in the main room but not the bedrooms so if you need a very cool room to sleep this may not be the room for you.

This place is amazing! The host took such a good care of us and we never experienced anything like this. We had a beautiful apartment with the most breathtaking view. The host made sure our stay went well and gave us fruits, deserts, and even a gift at the end! The apartment was cleaned every day. The location is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Great place to stay in Zakynthos. Amazing communication, even before arriving, using mostly Booking chat. Adriana is a lovely host, she doesn't speak a lot of English but is fully engaged to help and always have a smile on her face. This Villa is close to Kaminia Beach, which has calm and warm shore and sunbeds at an affordable cost (we just were asked to consume at least 5 euros/person)

The wifi quality is poor, but doesn't impact the overall impression. Would definitely recommend.

The view is stunning, the apartament is big and spacious, with everything you need. We loved our stay at Villa Levante, the apartament is cleaned every day, the owners are very friendly. There is a beach very close with free sunbeds and some restaurants within walking range.
