The reception staff was very friendly and very helpful. They adhered to the requests I made prior to our check in, which made my partner's birthday extra special. The room was spacious and clean. This hotel do have a special place in our hearts because this is where our love story began. The complimentary bottle of wine was much appreciated.

We didn't like that there wasn't a fitted sheet on the mattresses. This caused the 2 single bed mattresses to move apart at times. The wifi connection wasn't stable and we couldn't use the smart TV due to the wifi connection that wasn't stable. I would recommend that they the housekeeping staff check this before the guests check in.

This is a very well kept and maintained hotel, I enjoyed the facilities and it was lovely to see that the ladies at reception accommodated us very well.

There is a Nigerian man (I would like to assume he is apart of the staff as a security or receptionist) who guarded the entrance in the evening. He is charging guests R200 for a new key card with no respect and a great deal of arrogance upon request for an invoice. (I asked for this as I could feel as though this policy was a faux however it almost led to a physical altercation) I was genuinely concerned for my safely upon the last night of our stay to an extent where I put all my luggage on my door so he couldn’t come in. Very disappointing experience.

There was a nice up with my booking, I booked for a double bed ended up give a twin bed room, it was uncomfortable but the error was rectified although it took a little longer due to fumigation that was taking place.

Everything about the room I liked.The staff bringing the breakfast to my room was very professional,friendly and accomodating.The reception made it for me ,as a first time guest at the hotel ,comfortable and easy to book in and even took me to my room.The room made me feel relaxed and at home.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport, and has everything available for a quick over night business trip. The room was clean had good wifi and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely book again for a business trip.

Breakfast was only served at 7am,as a professional time management is very important,have the option of breakfast at 6/6:30am would have been great. NEXT TIME I'll be sure to arrange it ahead of time.

The guy that checked was very friendly, very hands on, quick and professional. He attended to everything I needed without wasting time.

They should read booking.com emails, they forgot to change my bed into a double and not 2 single beds as I had requested in booking.com

We spontaneously booked this hotel in the eveningl when our flight was cancelled. Besides us there were many other customers. It was amazing how well the hotel managed all the unexpected guests. The staff was really friendly, the rooms were ok (really good considering the price). We had a good breakfast (not included)

Unfortunately the neighborhood is not the very best, ok the stay overnight but the taxi driver advised us to not leave the hotel.

The staff was really helpful. Always available. The area is usually quiet. I heard once the sound of an engine but nothing more. You can use uber or bolt to travel around the city but after sunset their drivers tend to avoid the town the hotel is located in. Even though nothing out of the usual happened during my stay. I could walk alone during daytime to the mall near the hotel and nobody bothered me

The location is a bit far from the city centre. But it was ok for where I needed to be in Cape town.

The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the airport. The room was very spacious and squicky clean. The shower was spacious with high-pressure hot/cold water. There were plenty of towels to cater to all purposes. Since the rooms are accessible via steps, the hotel staff assisted us to carry our luggage upstairs. The two nights there were very cold, and the extra blankets came to my rescue. There was housekeeping every day which was much appreciated. The hotel is near Parow Mall for some shopping indulgence.

The branding on the hotel property is not clearly visible from the street. It will be in the hotel's interest to invest in some neon branding. During load shedding, there was no backup, and the hotel plunged into darkness. The staff members place minute solar lights on every floor to minimize darkness. The rooms are overlooking the streets and there are no filters on the window. You need to keep the curtains drawn for some privacy. More caution should be exercised when taking a walk outside the property as you may be mistaken for a night girl.

Awesome rooms,very good value for money Very clean In a bit of a strange area but it was but overall if I ever had to go near that area again would definitely stay there again 😁
