Location was right in the centre and very convenient for ski area and all shops. All bars, restaurants were on the doorstep. Self service breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Room was good and great powerful shower. Was very hot at night in room and had to open window for vent, but mostly ok. Staff were all extremely helpful and cheerful and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel location is brilliant - about 75m to the ski lifts and they have lockers for all your ski gear. The breakfast was great every morning with scrambled eggs and bacon also made. The staff were absolutely brilliant every one of them and so friendly and welcoming - cannot speak highly enough of the service they provided ...thank you !

the properties location is absolutely perfect. really short walk to the slopes and the rooms are small but really comfortable. The shower was lovely. we were able to buy our ski pass and lessons directly from the hotel which was also very handy.

we went to get a drink at the bar one evening and staff completely ignored us. we were standing at the bar waiting to be served and the barman was chatting to other customers and then went on to his phone. We just left the bar after this. Other than that the staff were pretty friendly. The rooms are very warm and unfortunately the area it is in is loud at night so opening a window wasn’t really an option. I would recommend bringing ear plugs and everything would have been fine!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The water stream in the shower was great. The bed was comfortable and the location 50m from the ski lift and right next to a variety of restaurants and super markets was perfect.

The room facilities were old. There was no balcony to vent the ski clothes and socks after a long day on the slopes. No private parking.

Excellently located property with easy access to the Grandvalira ski area and also to the various amenities of Pas de la Casa. Very friendly and helpful staff with 24 hour reception very helpful for late arrival/early morning check out. Good ski storage facilities available. Would definitely recommend Hotel Casado to anyone looking for somewhere to stay for a ski trip to Pas de la Casa!

The location was fantastic, close to the slopes. The staff were super nice and friendly. The place felt very homely. Breakfast was perfect and ideal for our small group. Highly recommend.

There was not really anything I didn't like.

Lovely small, very friendly hotel. Rooms were spotless if a little dated. Bonus of a full bath as well as a shower. Breakfast was plenty for our needs. Great ski lockers and amazing location. We had a triple room.

Sometimes the room was too warm especially in the night.

Location is great, very close to the slopes. Free ski locker included was nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

Bathroom was very basic and emitted some strange sounds and smells occasionally. The WiFi is absolutely terrible, barely worked at any time

Fantastic staff, comfortable beds, great location for the ski lifts, and good storage for equipment. This hotel is an excellent place for the price!

All the staff were amazing, always there to help with anything if needed.

We had to go home at the end of the holiday.
