- The superior room was comfortable and spacious. The views of the Alps from the bed was amazing! - The breakfast had a good selection of food and fruits. - There were 2 EV chargers in the parking lot which was good as we were driving one. - Staff are excellent and very helpful.

- From practicality perspective, the room lacked things like a phone to call reception, tea/coffee maker, handles to open cupboards and we had to go downstairs to request a kettle. - Would have liked to have a door for the shower as we stayed with out dog who loves water too much. - The room was on the 1st floor next to the roads. As there was no AC, leaving the door open meant we could hear a lot of road noise through the night.

Very kind and professional staff in the restaurant, bar and kitchen. Thank you all of you, the stay was plesant just thanks to you. Delicious dinners. Cleaning service every day. Comfortable bed. Balcony. Good location close to ski area Ratchings Jaufen. Parking for free in front of the hotel. Ski bus stop very close to the hotel.

The receptionist is not present for a whole day, you can reach someone on the phone. Superior room is small and all in one - hall, bathroom, bedroom. Only door to the toilet, the rest is opened incl. the shower. Cool design but too minimalistic and inconvenient. Missing the details and standard of 4* hotel. If you want to have a coffee or a snack during a day you have to go to Cafe Anett next door which menu is very poor (ice cream, 3 types od desserts, pretzel, baguette). No kettle or capsule coffee machine, no mini bar in the room. No slippers. No room service.

We stayed for four nights in suite that located next to the hotel. The suite was comfortable and well organized. Staff were friendly and helpful once we arrived from a long trip they were very welcoming. Bath room and shower were very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a variety of choices.

Only thing that we did not like that we left. Also, just a suggestion we would recommend to provide water and espresso or kettle in the room.

This hotel remains the best for me in the area, second year in a row we are here. Rooms are renovated, staff is super hospitable, breakfasts are great, but as always cherry on the top is dinner, so half board is a must here. Chef is amazing and surprises you with amazing dishes every day. Great location, a lot of interesting places around.

I’m would prefer to have a separate bathroom, shower combined with room looks stylish but not very convenient.

Hotel Anett is a very modern hotel and I enjoyed a spacious room with a very nice mountain view. Breakfast is excellent and the dinner is delicious. The half pension menu is excellent, with several courses served at the table. Wine list is very good too, from very affordable to very precious. Nice swimming pool and sauna area. To be recommended.

Modern, clean rooms, exceptional service at diners the dinner in general was exceptional, the location, the little pool, the staff - everything in this place was exceptional

If I had to name one thing it would be the lack of promotional material regarding activities, hiking routes, vineyards etc.

My stay at was nothing short of enchanting, with the hotel's stunning decor adding to the charm. The attention to detail in the design transported me to a world of elegance and comfort. It's clear that the hotel takes pride in creating a beautiful and inviting atmosphere for its guests. Truly a visual feast and a highlight of my visit!

No Boiler or Coffee Machine in the room

The rooms have been designed in a really modern way, which made us feel directly at home and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were perfect for the money spent.

It was not clear from the website, that the spa area (except for the pool) would be only accessible without clothes, which was a bummer.

All was brilliant, the breakfast buffet with local products incredible, the evening pizza and food delicious, the wellness area supernice (closes at 7pm). Very modern and clean. Bus to Sterzing / mountains in front of Hotel.

The junior suite is not really for 3 adults since the sofa bed is not extendable (only 185x90) but still comfy in case you are not taller

Everything! Location - nearly the only place where was snow, great view on the mountains, not far away from sky resorts (8 min drive), historic sights, groceries. Staff - everyone is super nice and hospitable. Food - I should have mentioned it on the first place, but still, food is truly delicious. If you hesitate to take half-board, my answer is don’t! Just take it and enjoy. Chef seems to enjoy cooking every single meal, in each dish you read his passion and love about what he is doing. No words can describe it! Thank you so much! Facilities - pool with the view, good spa. Daily newspaper - awesome idea! It has some info on what to see around, recommendations, everyday new.
