the breakfast was better than the last visit during 2021. The room we had was spacious,

the handicap room needs a roll=in shower, My husband cannot lift his legs to get into the tub/shower so we had to sponge bath and wash his hair standing up leaning over the tub. The couch is too low for someone with mobility issues - a recliner where he could put his feet up would have been wonderful.

The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the size of the room and layout. Having the small sink with fridge and cabinets in the living area was a plus as well. The continental breakfast was top notch. The hotel was in a beautiful location as well.

The parking spots were an odd layout.

Breakfast was wonderful for a continental breakfast. Food was fresh, high quality, and big selection. Hotel checked us in several hours early and upgraded our room at no charge. Room was clean, pool was great, bed was comfortable, and staff was friendly.

My only criticism is that our hallway smelled like someone had smoked. This is unfortunate as the hotel is otherwise clean and new.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had many options and was organized and clean.

Our air worked but during the night it seemed to cut off and not keep cool. This also happened to our Aunt that booked a room with us. Her room was on a different floor. Her air stopped working during around midnight.

Facility was incredibly clean and accommodating. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast included healthy options, including a "local fav." It was quiet, and the outdoor pool was lovely!

Very quiet, clean and close to lake and places to eat.

We had a room with 2 queen size beds. The one I slept in and a huge dippedb in hole in mattress, uncomfortable and mattress definitely needs replacing. Other than that all was good.

I loved the maintenance man he was on the ball! The general manager was absolutely wonderful when it came to us needing anything like when the housekeeping never showed up the general manager took her time and came up to clean real quick for us. The checkin ladies were all amazing and very knowledgeable when I asked about fun activities for kids and where the laundry mat was located. Loved those ladies!

great clean and safe place, The staff was great also. April the General Manager was very very helpful and gave us recommendations for site seeing and even followed up with us to see how it went Will definitely stay again if in the area

Very welcoming and helpful staff, and very quiet at night.

Blinds were unplugged and could not be lowered. They could not access a ladder nor a janitor so I slept in bald light through the parking lot all night with no privacy except in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good.staff was friendly. Was able to Check in early that was nice

Need wipes for fitness room and towels. Had no decaffeinated coffee but when asked They made some. On our last day could not assess Our room because keys not working.
