It was very cold when I checked in but the staff had already put the heater and electric blanket on for me which was very much appreciated. The room was cosy and the bed comfy and everything very clean.

I had no transport so I couldn't find anywhere close enough to walk for breakfast. If there is somewher close it would be great to advertise it

great handy location close to all you need.freindly courteous staff that look after you. very peacful location. dont really notice the traffic noise from highway. i think its the best place to stay in leongatha for most travellers and highly reccommend

Look a bit dated ,bathrooms need attention ,a reasonable walk from town (no taxi's/Uber ) but beautifully quiet.An outlook over ope fields np traffic noise and one of the best sleeps ever .

It was quite, bed was comfy and close to where we needed to be

Not trying to be rude but the rooms are a bit outdated and the first smell upon entering the rooms was mothballs.

It was nice a quiet

Every thing was great and the owners were so lovely for letting my husband in the room early. If I had to come back I will book again thank Ian and your lovely wife

The room was fully equipped with plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge and all glasses. Shampoo and a sink plug in the bathroom as well.

But old fashioned but clean.

simple motel that had all the basic. i like the little touches of dinner plates and cutlery and also had microwave.

Quiet with off street parking Easy checkin. Adequate milk provided

Smelt strongly of bleach upon entry to room. Luckily the fly spray provided smelt minty.

It was enough for a one night stay, close to town where you can get a good meal

It was a little old but that was it no complaints really

The staff where so accommodating and friendly

Quick stop over Not your 5 star but a place to quickly sleep and shower
