Booking was amazingly easy and after hours checkin was soo easy to understand. Cabin was great and the heater kept us nice and warm. Staff were lovely and very accomodating when we asked for our wrist bands and how it works to stay and play after checkout! Our kids due to a very later than we expected arrival were devastated they missed the pool and fun as everythinh was shut …that was the only reason we decided to get away for the night… we arrived at 9:30pm.. so that was our problem though not the park bit we thought they would only get a hour to play in the morning before checkout bit oh my gosh they have had the BEST DAY EVER!!! .. once we knew we could park in the street and stay and play.. they did both pools twice then air hockey and foozeball!!! Then sooo excited to do the pedal cars and then free scooters at the pump track!! They were exhausted from sooo much fun!! What an amazing park and staff! Even the staff girl at the pump track doing helmets and bikes was lovely! But overall 10/10 for a last minute one night stay!!! We will defimately be back again!!

The only negative comment i would say is the toilet ameneties at the pool need to be redesigned! My daughter was having a shower and i walked out to get clothes and innocent men waiting outside the boys toilets for their kids could see straight into the women when i opened the door to walk back in and the children and women were naked getting changed! The poor lady said oh no i think he just saw my naked butt. So maybe a redesign is needed there as it was embarrasing for the poor lady and her little girls. Or maybe even a sign to say please use the public amentities next to splash park for changing. But overall 10/10 for a last minute one night stay!!! We will defimately be back again!!

Cabin was very comfortable and spacious. Splash park was a hit with the kids, pump track was very popular with kids too. Great coffee from the corner store cafe which opened from 630am do your self a favour and visit! Haha

Splash park water was on the colder side. My kids could only play for abit then became cold shivering and wanted to go to the main pool. Mini golf $20 and go karts were extra cost to use which was abit disappointing given cost of our cabins to stay at the park . Pump track didn't open until 10am due to noise restrictions which is understandable however abit annoying given 10am is quite late for noise restrictions.

Facilities were amazing, the eco tent was a great experience, kids loved it, and not being a camper myself was great to be able to give them the camping experience. Also loved having our own private bbq. Highly recommended this park

I feel like having to use a key to get to reception was annoying as it's something you don't tend to carry around. Would be better if gate could be accessed with pool bracelets instead of carrying a separate key,

I liked the children's water play area, although the temperature was too hot and humidity too high for comfort.

I didn't like the lack of trees. in number and maturity. The cheaper sites were very exposed to the sun.The grounds need a recycle water system to maintain gardens and trees which will make the overall aesthetics better and meet climate change needs. I also didn't like the weed spraying around the tree bases - hopefully the spray used was organically approved, and not glyphosphate based. I would not expose my grand children to any areas of glyphosphate spraying. Better to put in a square of weed mat around each tree and lay an irrigation dripper line as well. Place a bucket under each tap to catch drips and either encourage visitors to empty it onto trees or have staff do so on their rounds. research the value of trees in increasing liveability and people's state of mind.

Excellent cabin size and facilities with cooktop, full size fridge freezer and microwave. Quiet corner of the large caravan and cabin park. Plenty of entertainment facilities for families with kids and very close to the beaches and walking distance to town centre. We used Inverloch as a base for exploring from Wilsons Prom (a bit over 1 hour away) to Philip Island. Lots of kids present in the park on small balance bicycles during our visit so 5km driving speed (walking pace) is a must with constant vigilance when moving in an out of the park. Excellent security gates and system for entry to and exit from the park.

A really soft deep couch that was difficult to get comfortable on for watching TV as the seat was too wide to allow use of the back support in a comfortable position (possibly some would use it as an extra bed) - tended to sit in the dining chairs at the dining table instead. Cabin would be better if there was a power point in the main living room that would allow a laptop to be plugged in and used at Dining Table.

Excellent facilities for kids. Location was good. Grounds very well kept. Had problem with kitchen tap and was fixed on the spot. TVs didn’t work first night. Couldn’t get any picture on either TV. One remote control only had 1 battery. Was fixed promptly next morning.

Found pair of dirty socks behind bedroom door. Not sure why cleaning staff didn’t see when Vacuuming carpet in room. Refrigerator in kitchen very noisy all night.

This was a good price at this period for these facilities, it was clean and tidy and had a comfortable double bed. We enjoyed the heated pool and local pubs for dinners. Once we got our head around pre- messages,emails, texts, boom gates,codes and wrist bands it proved beneficial

Shower difficult in our 2 bedroom cabin. Chairs looked attractive but were uncomfortable and we only needed max 4 in our cabin. Space in main bedroom very small compared to other cabins we have stayed in

Everything! Best caravan park we have ever stayed in. We had a poolside villa it was perfect 👌

We didn't dislike anything, but if I could offer some feedback we arrived when the office was closed so we couldn't get our pool bands til the following morning, would have been better if they were joined to our keys in the lock box. Otherwise perfect place

We came at off-peak, it was the perfect time to go. The park wasn't busy and the kids had the waterpark & pool to themselves every night

We stayed in a cabin. Soundproofing is non-existent. You can hear every footstep and chair being moved across the floor.

Location was perfect, short drive into town. Beach was just accross the road. Unfortunatley the weather when we visited wasnt the best but it was great to have the indoor heated pool and water park to pass the time. Kids had the best time. The park is great for young families. The staff were great and prompt, we had an issue with our TV and the maintenance man came straight away and ended up replacing it with a new one.

The bedrooms were cold at night and the heater didnt really warm them up even though we had this on most of the time we were in the cabin. The portable heater in the cupboard didnt work properly, Im greatful we took our own warm bedding with us. The main bedroom floor would get wet at night and i would have to wipe it up with paper towel, there is definatley a moisture issue in this cabin because i have never come accross this before. That aside, we still had a great stay and would return.
