Lovely staff. Not only they were quite helpful, they were super nice as well. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were really good. Also the shower, and the smart toilet were great! Also the breakfast was really good and everything was available, with good quality. Would definitely go there again!

I wouldn't call this really a problem, but if one desires to stay close to the old town or city centre, this hotel might be a bit far, like 40-50 minutes walk. But then the tram station is so close to the hotel (4 minutes by walk) that this issue can be easily resolved.

Modern, clean, stylish and amenities in room were good. The lounge access provided good snacks and light meals and on a clear day you could see the alps. The staff are attentive and were so kind and helpful during my visit especially Sarah Kohlbach.

The staff at the reception is very kind and helpful, it was a nice experience at the check in. The room itself was spacious, renovated in a modern design and had very comfortable shower. I had really good rest. Also there is a very good working zone. The breakfast was good and the same space turns into the restaurant in the evening. We had team dinner in this restaurant which was perfect! The chef of the restaurant together with his team served us a very good delicious food. we were all very happy. As for the location - it is not in the city center, but possible to take direct tram or taxi. Very well connected.

There are many small details in this hotel which I like a lot. For example, the floor of the bathroom in the room is slightly heated, which makes it warm and thus comfortable for standing in the bathroom with bare feet.

The rubbish bin was a little bit too small for non-business travellers like us. As München is the last stay before we leave Germany, we have some more stuff to throw away than usual to keep our luggage lighter. However, the size for the rubbish bin is not ideal for this purpose. Also, the chair at the table is supposed to be a decent furniture, which is also why we paid a deposit of 50 Euro for the expensive ambiente available in the room. However, it seems that the chair has already been used for so many years that it does not look great anymore. It was a little bit disappointing as I value this hotel so much and have even become a fan of it.

The staff was the best. There were 2 receptionists doing the check in. Besides English, they also spoke Spanish. They were both great, nice and efficient. Very unusual GOOD customer service in Germany.

Well, the location is next to the train rails. And the entrance is not from the main road. I went in a business trip and it didn't bother me. I guess it is a good hotel for a business trip. If I were on holidays I would expect a nicer location

I had a fantastic stay at the Munich Marriott Hotel City West! The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite being in a busy area. The staff was attentive and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and major attractions. Although I didn't try the breakfast buffet but the I order food from the room service and the food was also excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

The room service cleans the room daily, but they should also check and replace or clean the coffee cups.

The room was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the interior design of the room and really appreciated the room service. The bathroom gave me probably one of the best showers I've had to date. Overall, I'd give an 8/10.

The location was a bit odd and not within walking distance of the train station. However, using the tram system will get you there in about 15 minutes from Munchen HBF. The coffee/tea machine in the room could use some routine cleaning, too. There were mineral deposits in the water tank and the tea I made ended up tasting funny.

Location was ok with the tram in front of the building. Only takes about 15 minutes to get to the main train station (tram 18/19). The room was quiet and very clean and modern. There was not really any fault with the room (water pressure and temp in the shower is easy to set up and plentiful) except for the window location. Facilities are also modern and easily accessible. The area felt safe though.

The window was facing to the main road, opening the window during the night was a no go. There are not a lot of cafes or restaurants around, you would always have to take the tram or car to go to stachus or sendlinger tor.

I liked the professionalism of the staff and how efficient they were when I engaged with them. The room was wonderful. Room service was excellent. The private lounge was very good. I especially liked how I was provided a temporary room to rest in before my room became available.

What could be improved was the housekeeping service for the room. Things were missed, room not hoovered and items not replaced. There were also cigarettes on the balcony which were unpleasant to look at when out there.

Although the hotel is elegant, clean, and the food is delicious, there were a few things I didn’t like. The rooms are quite small, and the housekeeping service is very slow — they don’t clean the room on time. Also, the location is not ideal, as it’s about 25 minutes from the city center and 45 minutes from the airport.
