Stay here every year when myself and friends come to Perpignan to watch the Rugby League. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My son lost his mobile phone and the staff helped me print off his boarding card for his flight home. Rooms are clean as are bathrooms, didn't eat breakfast but it looked to have a great selection. Ideal locations for us we hope to return in 2025

Unfortunately we stayed on a the hottest day for many years and the air conditioning in the room was not capable of cooling the bedroom or much of the hotel . 39c outside when we arrived. Awful night’s sleep but the bed was comfortable.

It was a rare case that my partner and I extended our stay in the same hotel for one extra night. Because the location was so perfect and the facilities are very good too. Staff were kind and accommodating. As a lovely bonus, we had a brocante just outside of the hotel when we woke up! It's only 5 min away from all the historic spots. I would stay here again.

Parked in the street as entrance to underground parking very tight. As it was a holiday this was free and no problem. Room was comfortable but a bit on the small side.

The attention of the service of the réception , the staff was genuine and hospitable, and the location of the hotel was great , a few steps away from the city center.

The parking of the hotel is too small and did not guarantee space availability whilst on the website booking.com there is a mention that hotel has parking space , I think this kind of information should be clearer for any client before making the reservation

We didn’t pay for breakfast as too expensive We think €12-€15 per person enough to charge for continental options Also taxi organised by hotel to airport was €35 for ten min drive we know it was a Sunday but still feel far too much

The bed possibly could be more comfortable and pillows also better quality toilet paper

Great location for exploring Perpignan.

Whilst our room was fine and located away from the lifts, there were rooms where the door frame was literally butted up to the lift frame! Would not have liked one of those rooms!

Excellent location, parking, although limited, underneath the hotel, A/C good, refrigerator and kettle.

Check-in a bit cumbersome.

Everything was great. It was my second time staying at the Mercure. Can't fault the very friendly and helpful staff.

No dislikes.
