Parking not on sight. However, an attended parking lot is down the street.

I would of scored this property a 10/10 but we had so many issues with check in and absolutely no communication within the front desk representatives. We were not booked into right room , when I called same day to confirm correct room. When we arrived non were available was told by rep that we would have correct room following day, not the case after I specifically asked rep to relay issue with next shift rep. She was absolutely clueless. However, we were moved and was confronted by Will deeply apologizing as he saw the frustration in our faces 2 couples !! He made our stay very welcoming and was completely genuine and generous to making sure our visit to beach and your hotel was a wonderful experience!! He is the real MVP , because of him we will be returning to your hotel every time we visit!! He definitely needs recognition and a raise!! He represented what we were shown all through out our stay that Puerto Rican culture and people are amazing!!

No employee communication and lack of empathy !!

Location for a great price in one of the nicest areas in San Juan

The system was down during a party on the bar restaurant area, so everyone had to leave the premises very early. Also the windows from the rooms to enjoy the ocean view were really hard to open and I asked to the front desk once if they could warm up a meal and the guy said, no. So that was kind of rude because what hotel does not have a microwave in the premises. Also the elevator take forever to come up and down that was faster to walk the stairs.

Amazing, beautiful location right on the beach and close to tourist shops and restaurants. Love that there was free beach chairs included in the stay with towels and free water. Also loved that it had a bar that was facing the water. Staff was super friendly and accommodating as well and made me feel safe being a female solo-traveler. The reception was always staffed and they helped me with late check out without any hesitation. Angel was so sweet and gave me lots of helpful tips ahead of my trip to Culebra. I would stay here again.

Though I don't mind a small room the rooms were a bit small for the price I thought. The ocean facing room was right by the staircase which generated a lot of noise. I loved the ocean view, but I will just do a standard room next time, which is cheaper and further away from the staircase. This is also located in an gentrified area FULL of tourists so you won't see the authentic beauty of Puerto Rico here. I would highly recommend to branch out during a stay, but the location of the hotel is in a perfect spot to branch out with Uber.

Staff was nice

I had a beach view and disliked how the windows were permanently shut. I would have loved to hear the wave sound at night but couldn’t even get fresh air because it was permanently shut.

This hotel had lots of things we like . Beachfront was are Favorite. The open concept of the hotel is a great idea. Was lovely to wake up to an ocean view the date of my birthday 🤩🎉🥳. The location was great . Closed to the nightlife. Lots of restaurants and stores seconds away .

Although hotel is amazing the parking wasn’t. Is very hard to find a parking space. We was fortunate to find one near the hotel every night . Also the guy that was working at the hotel door (didn’t get he’s name ) was very helpful during our stay . Also the gym is located outside from the hotel and to have access to the gym you need someone to walk with you to the gym and give you access. I think that’s a lil awkward . They should program the access and make it available with your room card . So the employees won’t be bother .

Love the location. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant/bar with awesome staff with a beautiful view of the beach, a lounge area. The beach is in the back of the hotel and also offers beach chairs, tables, and umbrellas! They have a luggage service, which is awesome. If you check in early or after check out, you can still hang out and enjoy the outside amenities. The front/side of the hotel is on the main st where all the retail stores and restaurants are. Easy pick up and drop off for Uber. The room I chose was small but perfect. It was clean, and everything was updated. Nice TV , AC, comfortable bed, mini fridge, provided water, and bathroom items were all there. Felt comfortable and safe for a solo trip! The hotel room halls had AC, felt fantastic since outside is hot.

On the 4th floor, the elevator going down button wasn't working . Thankfully it's only 4 floors. When it was time to bring my luggage down, it was heavy but I did okay going to the 3rd floor and caught the elevator there. But if I was in a high pregnancy time, health issues, elderly, and etc going down 4 flights of stairs wouldn't be ideal for them.

Location was great due to it being beach front; front desk, bartenders and cleaning crew were very nice.

Hotel rooms very small especially bathroom with no counter space and terrible water pressure. Set up was a bit awkward with no hanging access with the exception of the closet. Construction noise an issue, with limited amenities with the exception of the bar/restaurant. The restaurant was okay…bit overpriced…would have appreciated a better morning/coffee amenities option for in room (coffee maker, vending machine).

The location was great. Easy access to other areas and the bus was nearby. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again at this hotel. The hotels beach /bar restaurant was nice with a great view overlooking the beach.

I just wish the hotel room windows could open a little bit so i could have gotten the beach wave sounds and the beach breeze inside the room. Thats all, nothing that bad at the hotel. It was still amazing overall.

check in was great the young man that took care of me was very helpful and well mannered , the room was very clean and comfortable ! the view was spectacular , the hotel is more for singles, partying and couples, not family orianted.

the host at the restaurant was very unprofessional by telling me I could not look around without reservation ,until I got frustrated and told her I was a guess at the hotel,
