Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast choices in the Archway restaurant which also had an extensive a la Carte menu for the evening. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Girne but with good access to the main roads and the airport at Ercan. Rooms were comfortable with all amenities and furnished in a traditional Turkish Cypriot style. The attached counter service Coffee Bar was always busy, a populat meeting place for the young locals. Recommend the rooms on the top floors to take full advantage of the views to the mountains and sea.

A little bit more maintenance in places would help, the fly screen in 302 was in tatters.

The room was lovely and traditional. The bed was super comfy. The hotel is in a beautiful location in the foothills of the mountains and its a very easy drive to the centre of Kyrenia.

The room must have been cleaned in a hurry as there were used tissues in our bathroom bin. Some of the Male staff at Breakfast were ogling me (F) which made me feel uncomfortable. At breakfast they also wheeled out a parrot in a cage, the poor bird looked so distressed and you could tell because it had plucked out many of its own feathers, this was quite upsetting and distressing to see.

Amazing receptionists! Very helpful, very smiling, very polite! Had only a positive experience Comfortable parking and location, especially liked the easy access to the highway to the border/airport. The room is comfortable, clean, and has all the necessary stuff. View is breathtaking!!!! The hotel itself and the territory and its design give a feeling of authentic old Cyprus culture, or even I would say Turkish vibe of the period ofthe Ottoman Empire. I really like it! I expected much less! It is one of the top places I will return back every time I visit North Cyprus.

I was late for breakfast due to morning meetings, thus my breakfast experience was not good at all. The food was not tasty, and the coffee was from the machine. Also, I didn't like that the waiter tried to be rude by asking me, "Did you see the time?", but I managed to convince him that he still could serve me with breakfast. But I take the responsibility that I was late and cant express the proper comment on the breakfast service.

The construction of the entire hotel was an amazing experience in and of itself. We noticed so many details where it was apparent that great care and thought was used in the choice of materials used to construct the hotel and to decorate every corner of the place. All this made the environment extremely inviting, comfortable and cozy. Although we actually live in this city and were just having a girls’ night away, we felt that we have traveled to another land! Thanks to the couple who designed and built and run this hotel for creating an environment where we could thoroughly enjoy our time away from home! Dinner was wonderful in the hotel restaurant. The cafe was warm and inviting. The beds were very comfortable! The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners were friendly, personable, attentive to our needs and clearly very capable! We really enjoyed talking with them.

Breakfast at the restaurant was good 4/5 star but could have been a bit better based on Turkish breakfasts we’ve had other places. The dinner was 5/5 though! Excellent—restaurant staff interactions.

Our room was upgraded from a normal double to a bridal suite which made us very happy, staff was friendly, amenities and the facility exceptional. Excellent value for money would recommand.

The restaurant's food was disappointing considering the prices, there are big improvements to make in the kitchen. If the service didnt have such high standards i would have complained directly to the chef. (The 40€ pork dish was a slab of meat slapped on a plate with only 2 spoons of tasteless steamed vegetables as a side, no seasoning, no sauce whatsoever, almost outrageous.)

Good location with nice view to the mountains and sea. All necessary amenities are nearby, just 5-7 min walk. Very good restaurant outside and cafe inside the Hotel

The building is old and some repairs/restorations are required in the rooms. The bath tub is quite tight with limited space inside. The natural ventilation works from the gap under the entrance door and when opening windows the air is coning from staircase outside. Same is for the noise - it comes from outside of the room.

The hotel was pretty and quirky in a good location away from the main town of Kyrenia. Staff in the restaurant were very nice.

Ate in the hotel restaurant and although food was ok it definitely wasn't value for money, felt very overpriced for what you got. Much better meal was had by travelling into Lapta to one of the local restaurants and their service was exceptional. The shower had paint peeling off the ceiling and there was a horrible smell in there on more then one occasion but could not locate the reason. Although the hotel was out of the main town rhe road was busy and the bar next door created a lot of noise with music and cars/ bikes leaving late, not good if you are a light sleeper. Also when the description states there are toiletries, you would expect at least some shampoo or shower gel.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Mohammed and Usman at the front desk were very service oriented. The breakfast in the Archway restaurant was hearty. Thank you to Ashish, Farman, Khizr, and Umar for their hospitality at the Archways restaurant. We had a street facing room at the Kemerli, and the noises from the street and people leaving the cafe at night were a little loud the first night. The second night was the same, but we were so tired from being out and about, that we fell asleep immediately on the comfy beds. The setting of the hotel and the adjoining restaurant is beautiful. Thank you Kemerli.

This hotel is a romantic getaway. I felt like I was inside a castle. It is situated under a real castle, St Hilarion castle and has great views of the mountain and castle behind and the sea in front. The staff are friendly and helpful and they even offered me a very late check out because they are kind and helpful. The new cute cocktail bar is nestled under some trees and is cute!

There is no gym but the Kemerli is not a place for working or competing in life in any way. It is a place to relax and enjoy life.

Ashish and his wife are outstanding. He is always a competent and exceptionally friendly contact for all questions and solves problems in a matter of seconds. Ashish could easily work in a four-star hotel. And his wife keeps the house in great shape. Thanks to her and him, we didn't forget an expensive pair of headphones when we left. In hindsight, we're sorry that we didn't leave them a much bigger tip.
