Overall, the hotel was good. The parking is difficult for sure, but it is difficult in all of Bishkek. If I were to go back to Bishkek, I'd probably search around for a hotel that offers parking. The hotel itself was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator situation is difficult though because you only have one key and if your partner is in the room and wants AC and you need to go somewhere, going back to. your room isn't possible without help. It would be nice to have two keys.

The breakfast selection was excellent, with a good range of options. Additionally, its proximity to nightlife venues made evening outings very accessible.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. As a muslim I was happy to find the Qibla direction sign on the ceiling, the holy Quran and a hygienic shower in the restroom. The breakfast food and drinks were very tasty and various

During the World football cup we could not find any sports channel in the tv

The staff were SUPER helpful when I made a mistake with a booking. Also really friendly while we were there, including reception and breakfast staff. Huge room with nice view and good air conditioning, way better than we expected for the price. Convenient early check-in available.

It would be nice to have some bottles of water available in the room (though there is a mini bar with other drinks) and a better coffee machine at breakfast. Tea making facilities in the room would also be useful.

One of the Best Stays in Kyrgyzstan! We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Lulu Bishkek — truly one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to Kyrgyzstan. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering great comfort after long days of exploring. The location was very convenient, close to many key spots in the city. Breakfast was also impressive, with a good variety to start the day right. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bishkek

Hotel Lulu is the best and all services provided were good. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The room and the washroom was clean. The staff helped us to order food online and also let us keep our luggage at the reception on the last day.

It would be great if they keep a water dispenser on each floor. After room service every day, I had to always ask for tissue paper both for the washroom and the room. It would be great if they provide tissue paper on their own when they see it is over or about to get over.

It's the best hotel for me in Bishkek. I'm a women who is traveling alone a lot. And to have a comfortable, safe and good location place for me very very important! Lulu was recommended to me by my friend, and I'm so glad for this! Wonderful bedroom (very important for my back), kindly helpful staff (I was going be late to airport and they kindly call me even I didn't say), silent tasty close to city main park and restorants!

The hotel is at an amazing location with restaurants and malls at walking distance. The staff was really nice and friendly especially the Receptionist named Tehmena who treated my kid and us in a very friendly way that my 4 yrd old started chatting with her everyday

The staff were really great. The lady at the desk so kind and helpful especially when issues with my air conditioner in the room for 3-4 days in a row.!

AC didn’t work reliably for 3-4 days but then the staff moved me to a new room and it was great.
