The staff and the room! The reception staff were exceptional. Mr Likith & Ms Dulari went out of their way to make our stay memorable . The rooms were huge and spacious. The bed linen & bathroom linen were in excellent condition. The breakfast menu too had plenty of options.

The rooms do not have any views and are very close to other buildings around it. Hence the curtains have to be drawn 24/7 for privacy.

The hotel staff were friendly and rooms to a high standard and very clean. For me being a westerner, very good value for money.

They had various Functions on during my stay with a lot of loud music. Maybe they could advise guests on check in or at least put them in a room away from the function.

Hotel rooms were really Grand , beds were really comfy, lighting was excellent,nice study table with ergonomic chair good sizes bathrooms with all amenities really Justifies name of Hotel Leroy Grand.

In room dining can be made available round the clock (may be limited selection). More variety can be added to Breakfast. Reception staff needs more training to handle the guests.

The hotel is in a good location. It is very new, just opened about a month ago. Rooms are very spacious. Excellent quality material has been used with clear attention to detail in furnishing the hotel premises. Even the toilets are quite big and comfortable. Staff are friendly and forthcoming. Nevertheless, the team is still settling in and many a time, they had caused bit of disappointment attending to certain requests. As explained, they are beefing up their team and it might help assist the hotel guests' requirements in time. The hotel management may also consider organizing some team building programs with clear goals so that the team can become more proactive. Our best wishes to the team and the management for achieving success in their effort to run the hotel professionally.

Rooms were very neat and comfortable. Breakfast was good with good veg options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wish the food was marked correctly. All the veg items were marked vegan even though they were not dairy free. Would request the management to tag the food correctly.

Location is good. Staff well behaved and cordial. Quality of food is good.

The bathrooms near pool were not functional. Breakfast spread was limited.

The customer service was good. Rooms were good and tidy. Value for money.

The restaurant menu and food is good. But it can be improved to cater for international guests.
