Staff are fantastic, friendly, helpful and hotel kept very clean! The grounds are always well maintained and even the parking area is cleaned daily. Towels were very fresh, new and changed regularly. With a longer stay, even the bed sheets are changed. The WiFi works very well in all areas and all the way down to the beach! Coffee is offered via a Nespresso machine in the room which is very comfortable. Small kitchenette is more than enough to prepare a few meals. Beach and mountain view from each room. Beach area is a very short walk from the room and beds are on offer. Two sandbag paths are present to enter the sea with comfort (small rocks). Beach is private and very quiet with trees, so natural shade is available. Barbeque can also be supplied and the owner Nikos is more than willing to help, give suggestions and places to visit on the island. Location is good, close to the airport so it is comfortable to do daily trips anywhere on the island.

As advertised, a two star place, so no TV in the room but the awesome WiFi makes up for it. It is outside the village so having a car would be most comfortable, but a couple of places in Kardamaina will deliver meals there as well. Air conditioning unit is functional, albeit noisy. No curtain or doors around tub so when showering water may reach the floor, which can get slippery. Due to proximity of airport, aircraft will be seen and heard throughout the day. Still look forward to returning and definitely would recommend.

Again a wonderful stay in Olympia Mare. Olympia Mare is amazing. It is a place full of peace and relaxation, where you can enjoy life completely carefree. The location right on the crystal clear Aegean Sea is just as fantastic as the beautiful nature, the wonderful garden, the comfortable apartments with great sea view and the very nice and hospitable owner Nikos. And all this only a few steps away from the wonderful beach... We love being there.

Nestled in the southern region of the island, it offers an exclusive beach area outfitted with a range of amenities, including sun loungers and beach towels. The spacious double room was impeccably maintained and upheld to the highest standards of cleanliness. Every detail appears to be thoughtfully attended to, from the coffee machine stocked with a variety of capsules, replenished daily, to the meticulous daily cleaning service. The owner, Nikos, possesses an impressive knowledge of the island’s history and the most noteworthy attractions. Overall, this establishment is a genuine treasure and an outstanding destination.

This place is amazing, I'd recommend to anyone and would love to come back. Nikos is a very kind host and gave us a great list of recommendations for places to eat and drink nearby (all of which were delicious). The room is so spacious and always kept very clean and tidy! There is a private beach right in front of the hotel, no need to cross the road to access it, and you can just sit on any of the loungers choosing to lay in the sun or under the shade of the trees. View from the room is amazing and the little balcony is a perfect place to eat while enjoying the scenery and a sea breeze. Would highly recommend renting a car for easy trip to the local town Kardamena and to explore other places in the island such as the natural thermal springs!

I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and thought the host was wonderful! He greeted us in the early hours and was very welcoming. These are some of the things I think are useful to know: The accommodation we had was a lovely large apartment with great views of the sea. It was roomy enough for myself and teenagers. It was well stocked and very clean. This is a small hotel on the beach with crystal clear waters with plenty of sun loungers and trees to shade under. You need to swim out a bit as it is initially a bit rocky but then has golden sand. Very strong WiFi so teens were happy with that. This is a great place if you want to get away from it all and get a proper rest. Kardamena is a short drive away and has a lot of good places to eat and drink and is very lively. .

I cannot fault it but I admit that it is the sort of place you need a car which I had rented on arrival at the airport. The hotel is far enough from the Kardamena village to be peaceful but that also means you need transport.

eventhough it’s very nice, it was very expensive for what it is. i travelled to greece a lot and usually an apartment like this costs around 80€ per nights, here we payd 200€.

It's quiet, peacefull and a 20min walk into town. The beach is at the end of the garden. No road between garden and the beach.No umbrellas, just trees that keep you cool. The owner, Nicos, is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It is one of the most relaxing holidays I have ever had. Excellent value compared to the more expensive upmarket hotels nearby.

Great location in he middle of an island, but you really have to have a car or other form of transportation to get anywhere, including the nearby town. The place is quiet and well-maintained with sea access. Rooms facing the road may be noisy, but ones from the seaside are really quiet.

Breakfast would be nice, but it was clearly stated in the description that they don't provide such.

Really an extraordinary stay! Value for money in late October is excellent. That may be true for many hotels in that very late season on sunny Kos, but especially for this hotel it's even even more true than for others! Beach view is great. Swimming is possible directly at the beach at the hotel or, if you prefer longer and sandier beaches, when you walk along the beach a few hundert meters in western direction (where endlesss walks on sandy beaches are possible). Beds are very comfortable.

Even in the week when November began it was very sunny and warm in Kos, so I got real good, excellent value for money, especially in his hotel. If you have a car with you (you shouldn't book this hotel for long time if you don't), you can reach many beautiful places on the island and also the airport within 20 Minutes. Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful beach view. Espresso machine was also a very useful device. The owner was very helpful in finding an important thing I had mislaid.
