When we arrived we received a free room upgrade. All he asked was for an honest review. From outside the place looks a little rough, but from inside the rooms it's all good. They're very clean rooms. Some of the furnishings are a bit dated but you can tell they have been updating things. (New carpets, new beds) There is breakfast but it is sparce. For the price it can't be beat though. It felt safe also, lots of security cameras and well lit parking lot. It was nice and quiet. I slept great!

The bathroom was a little tight and the back patio wasn't private which would've been nice.

The value of the room is correct.

The entrance to the facility from the road is extremely difficult to see. There should be better markings and lighting on the road. This is important. There is hole in the wall of our room. (I think that was room #137, at the side of laundry or ice maker room).

It was a nice stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and gave helpful tips. My only issue was the tv stations weren’t working but it was a great stay.

Great value for the price. The manager and his wife are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is excellent. I stay there every time I come to Harrison.

The property is older but the rooms have been updated and are clean, everything worked as it should have. The carpet was clean.

The bed was quite hard but I slept just fine on it.

Location is great, room is nice and clean! I have stayed with them several times, as a home base for exploring the Buffalo river. They have fulfilled my request for a certain room each time, and I really did appreciate that!!!! I will be staying there again!

I liked that the staff was friendly.It was in a good location, quiet and clean.All that we needed for our stay with a good price.

The pool was not open

The owner was so professional and very helpful. The room was super clean and smelled so clean and refreshing.

Loved the location, right next to the fairgrounds we were showing at for the weekend. Room was clean, water pressure was great. We were upgraded to a king sized bed. Super comfortable, not a ton of road noise.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and quiet at night. Don't count on the continental breakfast or any other amenities, it's just a clean room at a fair price.

Would like to have had clean linens without asking and garbage cans emptied each day.
