Polite welcoming staff. Room was very clean, very well decorated, bed was very comfortable with the best sheets ever!! Furniture was comfortable. Lobby was very nicely decorated, great out door c area, and the dining area was exceptionally clean!! We would stay again.

Only one trash can under the sink in the kitchen, which meant, trash from bathroom had to be taken to the kitchen area. It was full the 1st day and was not emptied by housekeeping so 2nd day no room it was over flowing. No where in the shower/tub area to hang your towel for easy reach while showering. Pillows were way too soft even the one that said firm had to fold them. Breakfast 1st morning was ok. lactose intolerant I love eggs and no choice of eggs without cheese and meat choices weren't the best. 2nd morning was better with the added biscuits and eggs without cheese. Not enough late food facilities, gas stations, or grocery stores near to the hotel. Had to go down an exit.

Really beautiful updated hotel room. Incredibly comfortable bed. Quiet. Dog-friendly. Nice staff.

It’s undergoing some renovations downstairs. I wasn’t hanging out down there and couldn’t hear anything, so it didn’t bother me at all. Judging by how nice my room was, I’m sure the lobby will be beautiful when it’s done.

I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a nice base from which you could visit Toledo, Detroit, Cleveland, and Ft. Wayne. All those cities are within a couple hours' drive, and this hotel is comfortable. It's location near a movie theater and an outlet mall may also appeal to some.

It is a significant distance to get to gas stations or restaurants after the outlet mall closes in the evening. I mean, it's about a four or five mile drive.

Not a lot of people in the pool so we were able to swim peacefully. Clean room. Nice, helpful staff for the most part.

Gentleman working as kitchen staff rude to my sin and I. After telling my son and I that my son needed shoes on. He kept feeling the need to continue to make rude, condescending remarks towards my son and I as we gathered our things to return to our room so that my son could retrieve his shoes.

The room was spacious enough for our party and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the selection. We regret we couldn't stay longer but would come back here if we were in the area again.

Again, I wished we could have stayed longer. It is a very nice hotel, and I would have liked to have more time here.

That it was.under construction really didn't get to do what we really wanted to for, and there wasn't no Jacuzzi only a swimming pool and really couldn't sit or barbecue in the patio due to alot of people being there

Nice location near a large shopping area and convenient to the baseball tournament fields. Staff was super friendly. We felt very safe with our 12 & 14 year old kids.

The keycards were temperamental. Also not really the staffs fault, but there were lipstick kisses on the front of our door. Weird, lol, but we aren’t THAT old, so realize it was probably from a wedding party or bachelorette party or something wild & fun.

Very clean and so close to Mall. The manager gave us a room and we found someone stay in room. He was kind enough to say so sorry about it. He gave me different room. We like inside make look like apartment studio style. The breakfast is amazing and delicious. I enjoyed the coffee. Bonus that they offer happy hour with free appetizers. We didn’t tried it yet.

I was there for eight nights, Tuesday - Tuesday. They came to service on Friday, but I was still in the room and asked that they return the next day. I received no service until Monday.

This property is located next to an outdoor mall, in Maumee but also very convenient to Perrysburg and Toledo as well

It is an extended stay place so we didn’t get housekeeping everyday. But if we had a lot of trash in the meantime, we took it to the main floor to dispose there. No common area to dispose of it on the room floor.
