The hotel is certainly customer focused! I am mobility challenged and the hotel Manager came out to the car to assist in getting the luggage into our room! The front desk staff was very good with suggesting restaurants, shopping, and making us feel as though we VIP guests! The handicap accessible room was excellent! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had the opportunity to sleep in! Due to indulging in sleeping in we were not able to enjoy the breakfast offered! And that's ok....we truly enjoyed the wonderful night's rest!!! When in the area, we will definitely stay here again and again!!

This hotel was truly comfortable and colorful with a nice lobby. They provided yummy cookies in the evening time. My wife and I also enjoyed the location as they are in walking distance to Red Lobster as well as other shops and they conveniently have a bus stop so you can get to the St. Clair Square Mall if you don't want to drive.

The only issue I had was my key stopped it's programming but we just had them rekey it without issue.

Quiet, easily accessible to our event. Staff was friendly, helpful, and keep a clean facility. There was a pool and it was clean, with towels available. Housekeeping asked if we needed anything during our stay and provided clean towels and other linen. Breakfast was fresh and plenty available.

We didn't have any complaints and we would definitely stay again. Bathroom was a bit small I think was our only complaint but we are chunky people so it was fine.

The location was great! Close to shopping, restaurants and recreation.

The pillows were very thin, the bed was like sleeping on a rock and our windows leaked. My friend had to eat her waffle with a spoon because the hotel staff wouldn't supply forks. Not enough seating in the lounge for breakfast. It's a three floor hotel and less than 12 chairs and 6 small tables for eating breakfast.

Breakfast was good. A nice variety of foods.

Chairs in the lobby have major stains on them. Bad 1st appearance. The staff that checked us in was WONDERFUL. Her name, I think, is Jarrika. She was super friendly and accommodating, especially at 10:00 at night on a last minute booking. Kudos to her!

The staff was good at helping us when there was a problem with the first room. Moved us quickly to another, better room.

First room was humid, no ac on. When we tried to turn it on, we found the cover of the unit laying to the side and the unit wouldn't turn on. Immediately told staff who moved us to better room.

The property was in a great location. Rooms were spacious & beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was pretty good, but there were not enough tables in the dining room. You were not allowed to take any food back to the room. Families were waiting for tables and their children were sitting on the floor eating.

Stayed for 2 nights. Good breakfast. They did renovations to the property and the rooms. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. Close to restaurants, free parking was a plus. Will book again!

Our stay was just to get some sleep and resume our trip after breakfast. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, hot breakfast was ok.

The hot breakfast was a bit limited, but most of the other nearby, reasonably priced locations only offered continental breakfast.

Staff was awesome. It was a neat and clean area and our room was wonderful.

I did not like the fact that once my credit card was used it showed a second night cost but when I called the site I was told it was a room deposit. I am still watching it to make sure I truly wasn't charged a second night because on my account it is showing a debit, not a credit. Other than this, it was a good place to stay.
