The front desk manager was exceedingly pleasant and professional. Check in was a breeze. Very happy with the front desk experience.

The only issue I had was the unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom. Apparently something was amiss with the ventilation. Not only did the odor not dissapate but the wining sound was annoying. We left the bathroom door closed during our stay. I did not report this to the manager.

Came to see my daughter graduated basic training. During my stay the hotel lost power briefly due to the hurricane. Took me a few days to figure out the room had a light switch that turned on the other lights. The employees were very nice. Even made the housekeeping staff laugh. Was easy to find. And the pillows were amazing

One of the outlets by the bed didn't have a cover and the bathroom fan didn't work.

Super comfy bed, overall clean room, nice walk-in tile shower with handheld sprayer in the handicap bathroom, USB plugs and electric plugs on each side of the bed with the wall lights, very clean and clear pool with rarely anyone in it during my june stay, breakfast was great, the staff ( housekeeper, front desk, pool maintenance, and especially breakfast attendant!) were exceptionally friendly and helpful which made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. Very close to the interstate access and a couple of miles from fort Jackson main gate, Texas Roadhouse is 2 businesses down the side road

Crack beneath the doorway allowed for small bugs to crawl in but all that we saw at the entrance were dead. Besides that there were absolutely NO bedbugs or any type of live bugs(I thoroughly checked as I do at any hotel I stay at). The pool hours are strange 11am-7pm. The older gentleman working the front desk was a little hard to understand due to accent but very pleasant. At night and breakfast there are several groups of construction workers and locals that seem to possibly stay/live here.

Excellent service, clean surroundings, super good breakfast and what is necessary for breakfast and the person in charge of excellence and very clean. Cleaning of the rooms is fine, the bathroom needs a little more cleaning, although I let you know; The two people who were a lady and a gentleman were very kind and I told the lady to clean it and clean it... when I left I left everything collected and took out the sheets, covers and put them in a corner like the towels and threw away the trash. Thank you for your services !! I recommend it 100%. Just a little detail; I know if they read this message they will fix it. Thank you very much, Blessings!!

Updated sleeping space and general wash area was really nice and clean. We appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Quiet outside since our room was towards the back of the building. I was thankful to be on the second floor.

The toilet and shower space was very small and outdated but great shower pressure great hot water so space is the only issue there.

Breakfast was amazing, with some fruits, a waffle maker, sausage patties, eggs, bagels, and cereal, it exceeded expectations.; The bedroom was clean, warm and cozy with laminated floor instead of carpet; The bathroom was spot clean. I don't know if it is new management but everything looked new, I recommend the place.

The only "complaint" I have is the construction on the reception, but I believe it will be finished soon by the look of it

I slept too late/closed at 9am! Wish I had made it because I met the lady tha does it and asked what I missed; she sad full course breakfast! Sausage gravy eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal ,milk, eggs, etc. Next time I will get up earlier!

I had some extended phone calls and needed extra “Late Stay,”. But was told “ only 30 minutes available!” It would have been a blessing to be accommodated in this way!

The breakfast was good. Two Notch Rd has many restaurants and shopping centers. It is a good location especially if you are there to visit Fort Jackson.

I have no complaints about this property. It has been renovated since the last time we stayed five years prior and I honestly didn't recognize it was the same property. Good value for your money. Management was very nice. I would definitely stay again with my family.

I was told the was a breakfast starting at 6am. I was not told where breakfast would be held. I was not going to wonder around the hotel at 6am looking for the breakfast lounge. At 6am the lobby was not opened and no staff to ask where breakfast was being served.

Very convenient location right off I77.

Somebody had a large truck parked in lot that was running ALL NIGHT LONG causing fumes to be in our room on ground floor. This guest should have been made to park vehicle in a location further from rooms. I called desk about this and man was polite but truck wasn't moved or turned off. I know it sounds crazy but it ran continuously all night.
