The staff is very friendly, observant, and attentive. Being a very small, solo female traveler, the front desk made extra effort to ensure my safety during check-in, amongst a room stuffed full of men who were there to enjoy an event in town.

I left a few things during my many stays. The women working were even kind enough to store my lost items until I came back around for them. I cannot complain about anything. My stays there were comfortable and quiet.

West Casper location was excellent for our route. (We were retracing the Oregon Trail.) The service provided was straightforward, no nonsense, which I appreciate. The room was clean and comfortable, but not pretentious. The motel does not pretend to be high-end luxury, but the amenities are just right for the money. Breakfast was simple but generous, and the dining area was spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and responsive. Super 8 Casper West is exactly what the frugal, value-minded traveler seeks.

It's a barebones place to stay, but with the reception area, breakfast, and breakfast area a welcome notch beyond basic. Everything was perfectly comfortable and in great working order. It was a better price than most hotels in the area, and if that's what you're looking for, it's a good choice.

No complaints. It's maybe 7 or 8 minutes from downtown, but a straightforward drive.

Desk clerk was very friendly. Enjoyed the popcorn. Was happy there was a cold refrigerator in the room. My son Appreciated the recliner in the room so he could sleep without laying down. Loved the double shower heads and the big quality bath towels. Appreciated the quick breakfast. Booked online for a very affordable rate on short notice as we decided to leave Riverton Thursday early evening, so we didn't have to drive in the dark Friday morning to be at a medical procedure at 7AM Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect!

No complaints. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Hotel lobby and rooms were clean. Breakfast we adequate which included cereal, toast, biscuits, gravy, muffins, hard boiled eggs and a waffle maker. Also had juice and coffee. There was also an afternoon snack with crackers and cheese.

There was nothing that was of concern to us.

Very nice breakfast. I enjoyed the waffles and my husband liked the biscuits and gravy. The room was comfortable. I really liked the shower head in the shower. They had games in the seating area by the lobby that were available to play.

Really wasn't anything I didn't like.

All staff was excellent. Both day and night staff helped in any way possible. Very friendly and always working. Cleaning, straightening, refilling, etc. Had a washer and dryer right on site. Very convenient.

Would love to see a pool or hot tub at this location!

I booked an accessible room through Booking.com and did NOT receive one. When I asked the staff about my request, they said my request didn’t appear in their system. I’ll be using another app other than Booking.com.

Convenient to shops. The overall lobby and exterior were fine. I had a pet with me and there were stains on the carpet, but I see this regularly in pet rooms.

I would have liked breakfast to have more proteins.

The staff was very friendly and always made us feel comfortable. The hotel was very clean and we loved the area.
