Nice accommodation very basic Staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was easy to get around. You have the ability to be able to charge more if you lift your game. Smart TV, better breakfast options etc This was clearly long term accommodation that has been converted to villas. I would recommend it if you are looking for a basic villa with a private pool in a central location.

Breakfast was included, but only had 3 options rice, noodles or a sandwich and was often cold. There were basic cooking facilities, but nothing to cook with or eat with so it was pointless.

The pool area is beautiful and a nice place to chill in the early evening. The staff were friendly.

The WiFi wasn't good at all, not ideal for anyone looking to work or who needs solid connection.

Everything. This was a very last minute booking due to an issue at another hotel I had booked. I was able to book a villa with private pool. I was blown away by how beautiful the villa, terrace, garden and private pool was. Had complete privacy. The bed was super comfortable. The villa had a lovely little kitchenette and semi outdoor ( but very private ) bathroom. The place was spotlessly clean. To top it off, the staff on site could not have been more kind and helpful. Just a simple wonderful place to escape the madness and busyness of Kuta. A beautiful, quiet and well run establishment with great traditional Balinese details. PS....it is absolutely worth paying just a tiny bit extra to get a villa with a private pool. 😀

The only disappointing thing was that I could not stay longer than 1 day. Next time I come to Bali I will definitely stay there a few more days either at the beginning or end of my trip.

It was nice and peaceful.Love the vibes and privacy when we stay there. The staff was very nice and helpful and 24 hours reception desk was good just incase we need anything anytime. They also keep your stuff save for you so rest assured. Plus they decorate my room bc i inform them im going for honeymoon 😘 that’s very sweet also they kept my giraffe plushie safe when i left it during check out.

No hairdryer and it was hard for me to charge my phone and ipad because the plug kinda loose idk this is for normal room. The suite was good no problem.

We stayed in villa 1 with the most spacious outdoor area and the private pool was awesome. The size of the villa was incredible and having a kitchen as well as a full size fridge was great. We will definitely be rebooking this one. Bubb Hatch coffee shop down the road does amazing breakfast. Spa up the road are the best bunch of girls and the hair salon a couple doors up is fantastic. Laundry is just up from hair salon no English spoken but laundry perfect. Across the road in the evenings they have the best nasi Goreng street food. Cooked on the spot for under $2aud we ate there quite a few times.

The hot water in the shower only lasted a few minutes but lucky it was Bali and the weather was warm. The huge shower head was blocked when we arrived so we went down to the local indomart and bought a few bottles of vinegar and soaked the shower head and cleaned it. Worked amazing afterwards!

Write this with sincererity and honesty. This property maintain uniqueness and features as like traditional Bali Villages. In event, i feel better than other usual hotel out there..Everything is wooden except the walls of the room. Beautiful and artistic. For those need new experience with low price, this is your choice. Staff : Very good and helpfull..they will help to pick up your bag and assist you..They always there when your need it. They can speak English and Malay. Food : little choice, but its okay for me because i need to explore Bali and try food out there. Most exciting, its Halal food. Room : Have 8 rooms only. Low density. Spacious, silent and clean. Complete with all necessaries. Toilet need to upgrade for more comfortable. No big issue. Experience : No dog around, nice decoration, nice landscape, you feel as local Balineese from your room. Very like it. Not far from Kuta beach, walking distance, far from noisy. Rate it 5 of 5. My wife also like it. Welcome to Bali.

Swimming pool still under construction, cant do swim. Toilet in room need upgrade but still comfortable.

They have a fantastic set of staff who are really friendly and understand English very well. Their brekky selection is great too but we recommend going with the rice & omelette because that was delicious! Absolutely recommend staying here if you can, you get a private pool if you book the villa, and they clean your rooms every day. Access to your villa/room and the building is available until the late hours so you can wander Kuta worry free. They will also book you transport if you prefer not to do it yourself. The neighbourhood cats are friendly but if you feed them you'll end up having a best friend for your entire stay!

The air conditioning was a little on the fritz but it worked as well as it needed to during the night!

Good value for money. As it's budget stay didn't expect too much. Facilities were dated but clean and had everything what was needed. Location was perfect,5min walk to markets and restaurants. Amazing staff and service.

Would love to have more breakfast options. Not a fan fried rice or chips in the morning Maybe offer platter with fruits, cucumber, tomato, bread,butter and some fried eggs/omlette or boiled eggs and it would be spot on.
