Friendly staff caring for their guests. It is a peaceful location but with direct busses to Cheung sha wan beach, Tai O village and a ferry to central. The resort has everything you need with 7-11 McDonald’s and a halal takeaway a 5 minute walk.

We had a toddler with a Pram and although we booked early, we were given the second floor room. Some more empathy about little ones would be better for the future. Thank you. The restaurant should try catering for a more diverse cuisines like halal food. The manager there said ‘ we only have Western food’ when I didn’t even ask. It would be also be courteous for the restaurant staff not to be slightly intimidating by asking ‘ May I help you’ when we are just visiting to see what’s there with my little son. It should be ok for guests to sit there for a little. Thanks again.

The breakfast was good. The location was excellent with sea view. All staff were very friendly including Donna and Glora and the gentleman in the dining room. Our room was spacious with plenty of drawers and storage room.

Because it was the low season with few guests, the hot water didn't reach our room so I had a cold shower on most days which was tough with a luke warm shower on a couple of days. I reporter the problem and was told to run the water for minutes but it didn't get warm.

The location is great for a family. You step right out of the hotel and to the beach. There is a large playground next to the hotel as well. The double bed is actually a king size which worked perfectly for my family. The robot waiter in the restaurant delights my son (and us too). Water refill stations on each floor. Refrigerator in the room. Heater and air conditioner functions in each room. Garden area.

The property is older and could use a few updates. The mattress sagged in two spots, the bathroom sink required force to turn on and off and only the bath shower worked but not the faucet. Minor details, but it is a beach hotel and wear and tear to floor and surfaces is expected. Also, be aware- stairs and no elevator. There was a limited menu in the restaurant for vegetarians but plenty of options nearby. I felt some of the equipment rental prices were too high or were things which should be included for free.

Our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator. This is no problem for people in good health but my wife struggled a little bit due to a heart condition. That said, I'm sure they would have moved us to a lower floor if we had asked (which we did not). Just something to bear in mind for anyone with a disability.

Large, clean room. Very comfortable bed. We were upgraded to a Sea View room. Room was quiet. Hotel is in a good location on the waterfront. No direct vehicular access. A short walk to the ferry and buses. Pleasant staff.

Place is not that bad, walking is alright, the reception is also okay. I like that they have a game console as well to play around if you're bored and some small activities. The beach front now is doing renovation but that doesn't mean you can't go. still good

a bit of a walk if really need to get some actual food if you don't like the choices of their food. Now the walk-up of course so if you have luggage you will have a hard time. they do not provide water bottle, but they do have a refillable water area for everyone.

Room with beach view and comfortable. Facilities in hotel and area around are good. Food grocery and small shopping are in walking distance. Convenient access to pier for ferry. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

We have been transferred from the 2nd floor to a room on the ground floor.

No variation in choice of breakfast, every day the same.

Fantastic location close to Silvermine Beach, not too long of a walk from the ferry pier. I was worried after reading some bad reviews of this place, but didn't encounter issues personally. Our room was spacious and nice enough. I requested a room with a bathtub and they were able to accomodate so bonus points for that. Funnily, the knob to toggle the water from showerhead to bath tap was a bit broken, I asked reception who said "the facility is not available anymore" and so I was planning to fill the bathtub with the showerhead, but after I got back to my room the water was coming out of the bath tap so it worked eventually! Lol.

Queue to check-in is a bit long on Sunday 3-4pm, so for us we just came back later to check-in as we weren't in a hurry. Bathtub was very low, couldn't fit two people in for a nice, luxurious soak, but better than no bath! Price does seem a bit expensive for what you get.

I have the best sea view, and the room is just very new and comfy. It is right in front of the beach!

breakfast did not taste that great, but they gave us a big amount every day.
