Big room, comfortable beds. Gym and swimming pool available. 24/7 reception. Nice staff. Very good heating/cooling system in the room. Airport shuttle. Bathtub. Nice café at the lobby.

The only place that had a water bottle filling station was inside the gym; I would go there often to fill my bottles, but I don't think most people would. The hotel should have more of those, at least one in the lobby. The bathroom had no hangers for the hand towels, which meant that they would not properly dry. The room cleaners would then just collect all used towels to wash everyday, but I would rather have hangers to use the towels for a few more days. The hangers, as well as providing more water filling stations would both be better for the environment. A bit pricy. I also wish that the windows in the room could be opened for fresh air.

It was comfortable and clean, one of the nicest hotels I have ever been at.

Was charged a $50 incidental fee, when we didn’t recieve it back I after 2 weeks I reached out, it took almost a month for the manager to get back with me just to tell me that I would have to contact my bank even though there was never a pending charge and they had never returned the $50. She even told me there were no extra charges and we should’ve received that money back. It has now been almost exactly a month and I still never got my money back. Disappointing.

The club lounge was nice. There were no hot items, but breakfast sandwiches and burritos that could be heated in the microwave and bagels in the toaster. There was fruit and various carb snack items, water and sodas plus hot chocolate and coffee options. We also liked having the use of the microwave and a dining area for grocery-purchased items. No microwave in the room. Good location. Quiet, comfortable. Nice having a guest laundry. Staff were great. And we were able to check in before noon. Very convenient. Good view of the city and spectacular sunsets.

Internet was spotty. Pool was closed for reno.

Absolutely everything. Simple elegance. A stunning entry and lobby floor. My room was comfy and larger than I thought. Very clean. The amenities were so great! I was there on business at the BOK Center and the shuttle service was nice to have. I left my car checked the entire stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the traffic in the halls and on elevators late into the night. It was a little noisy. I've stayed in other places that have keyed access entry for the elevators and floors, and they tend to be quieter. Other than that, it was great!

The pool and the views

For such a nice property, you would think they would have two queen size beds instead of full-size beds because when you have to sleep to people in a full-size bed, it’s cramped and that makes it uncomfortable. So to pay what we paid for a room to have two full-size beds instead of queen size beds it’s not that great of a value since it’s only full-size beds. Those rooms should not be more than $100. If it was queen size beds, it would’ve been a better value . Unfortunately, because of the size of the beds for the cost we won’t stay there again. And the fact that there’s no complementary breakfast is also a factor.

I loved the layout of the hotel. When you first walk in the front entrance it’s like the ball of Cinderella it was so amazing so clean. The staff was amazing Frank was so kind and so sweet to my girls . I wanna say thank you for allowing us to stay at such an amazing place. I will definitely be back there.

I loved the area it was safe & the room was spacious. However it didn’t have a microwave, I guess they want you to eat at their restaurant downstairs. I ate there the food was ok the burger was better. Also, had trouble with our reservation saying it wasn’t there we just canceled and rebought a bigger room so that was weird but the hotel sorted it out. But it took an hour to sort it that’s the only problem.

For the value of our room the amenities like the pool or room items weren’t worth the price. The money goes into the building itself not the guests. The pool is a outside pool it’s cold all the time I thought it was a indoor pool.

Early check-in and friendly staff. They set out coffee and tea early in the morning which was nice.

Got stuck in the parking garage for 20 minutes in an infinite death loop since one of the exit signs wasn't lit up. Eventually, I got out of the twilight zone scenario after stopping somewhere in the middle, plus I wasn't late for work either.

Closeness to nice restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle staff located my missing neck pillow before I left. Liked that they offered shuttle service to nearby places. We did walk home afterward as we saw the neighborhood was save in daylight.

Parking with the new keycard system doesn't work. It was difficult and took several trips to the desk to straighten it out. I was warned before I came it had problems.

Great location, close to most restaurants and bars in downtown. Spacious room. Clean and comfortable. On the weekends you can park for free in the street and you find spots easily

Sometimes you have to wait a bit to get the elevator. Very minor incovinence
