The hotel was only a short walk away from the station. The room (including the bathroom) was nice and clean. Breakfast was fulfilling, from Sukiya, which is located on the ground floor. The staff kindly helped us get a taxi in the early morning to get to the ferry terminal for Sado Island.

Nothing I could think of - probably just a bit regretting they removed the laundromat. We had our laundry taken care of by the hotel, which, although was an excellent service, was of course more expensive than a laundromat.

Great location. Short walk to station and close to a number of nice restaurants. Definitely a tight fight especially if you have a lot of luggage (E.g a snow board bag) but that is expected for APA in Japan. Everything in the room is very convenient and makes any short stay easier. S

Bed takes up a portion of the room which makes hard to organise luggage.

Room was really nice, cozy, and clean. Within walking distance of the station, but also ramen shop "Tousenya" I fell in love with. A selection of movies was available for free on the TV. Though the selection was pretty horrible, they did have Across the Spider-Verse.

Language barrier with one of the receptionists but technology assisted us.

Close to the station. Nice and comfortable beds. The bath was nice and warm too. Lots of places to eat at nearby.

Very very compact rooms, i think the most compact we have stayed in japan. It was almost frustratingly small. Its fine for a night but I wouldn't stay for longer if you are staying with two people in one room.

Spacious comfortable room, large tv with full range of channels for free, excellent location, great value for money.

Breakfast was just at a chain restaurant at the bottom of the hotel, but very cheap so can't complain

Strategic location: Just a few minutes away from Niigata Station and many eateries. Clean and fully-equipped: The double room was clean and all essentials (WiFi, pyjamas, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, etc.) were provided.

Bathroom is so small. Unable to take bath freely. It is difficult to use bath tab and washlet also. It is very complicated to use.

It’s really close to Niigata station. The staff is friendly and kind. My room was really clean.

My room was dark all day as the view from the room was of the wall of a nearby building.

Bigger room and more comfortable compared to APA hotels in Tokyo.

Breakfast is underwhelming as it was from Sukiya. Not your typical buffet breakfast. Small portion and no refill.

The hotel was very well located and the staff was really kind, helpful and understanding. As foreigners, the staff was really considerate

The remaining smell of cigarettes was a bit unpleasant
