Location and food availability in surrounding

Timing for opening restaurant for breakfast, I had to leave for some work at 6.45 am but restaurant opening timing was 6.30 am due to which I left late. For checkout, I had early morning flight and before reaching at the reception I informed staff for keeping my checkout ready but staff said it will be late as we are doing Audit, I couldn't get proper invoice due to getting late.

I have stayed here repeatedly due to the excellent class of service they offer as a business. From the time I check in, till the time I check out they make every effort to make my stay comfortable. Their buffet breakfast is out of this world. A huge range and friendly faces around. In particular Khadija/Madiha/Zarmena/Faisal and Ammar.

Upon check-in, an extra amount is taken out of your card for any extras you may take during your stay. However, when you check out only a proportion of that amount is returned in cash Rs10,000 in cash only. Rest they tell you that it will be credited to your bank account. Which has a procedure to follow!

One of the best and excellent hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Super clean rooms, great staff, and smooth check-in at reception. Especial and big thanks to the reception team for warm welcome and excellent service all the time throughout my stay .Room service was quick and really convenient ,appreciated, and the security team was always polite and professional, especial thanks from the one staff who really helped my registration process . Excellent breakfast fresh, delicious with plenty of options .I felt totally comfortable the whole time.really love this hotel for its all facilities, Like the rooms with city view , can say the most best and excellent hotel in all lahore!

Everything is so perfect there , nothing to dislike !

My experience at Avari Xpress Hotel was truly exceptional. Upon check-in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who displayed utmost professionalism and courtesy. The hotel itself is top-class in every aspect — from cleanliness and hygiene to the quality and comfort of the rooms. I would especially like to highlight my check-in experience around 2 PM yesterday. Although I’ve forgotten the gentleman’s name at the reception, his service was outstanding and highly commendable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Avari Xpress Hotel to others.

Clean place, well trained and organised staff. Speedy service from all staff Economical place to stay, value for money. Better place than Best Western, Indigo and Pearl Continental hotels in Lahore.

Sameem at reception, who calls himself a manager was rude and demonstrated condescending behaviour towards me & my visitor (my sister), treated my sister like a hooker, which put me off completely, as much that I wanted to check out on 15th instead of 20. However it was Khadija who demonstrated good customer services and lead me to positivity.

Location Lifts Parking Staff Sweet Lassi at breakfast was exceptional :) Complimentary fruit was provided one day before checkout. Family-friendly environment. Imitiaz Superstore is nearby.

Didn't ask about smoking or non-smoking rooms at the front desk. Breakfast was OK. But if you are a food lover visiting Lahore, your expectations are way too high. The food from its very own restaurant (i.e. from room service) was not so good. (I ordered finger fish but it was tasteless.) Towels and bedsheets require more cleanliness. TV was not according to room size and it was not operational in our room. The color combination of the tiles in the bathroom was not good. At times you have to drain a lot of water for hot water. Bedsheet and cleanliness were done in our absence but toilet paper was not provided. An instruction manual for Air Conditioning was not available.

I like the location of the hotel near to the airport plus everything is available next to hotel pharmacies food mart hospitals etc

The breakfast menu is needed to be more than that it is very short listed and limited choice Plus the complementary breakfast should be served in rooms too if one cannot go to the restaurant downstairs as i just came from airport and was too tired when i called them to send my breakfast to my room they told me you need to come to restaurant for that but in the end they sent it to them room on my special request Staff is nice , cleanliness is 4/5 , food tastes 4/5 underground parking is there 24 hrs

The location is great. Conveniently located at the heart of Gulberg. Front desk was very helpful and quick. The staff service was also great. Room was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a good view of the city. Bed was comfortable. Linens were clean and fresh. Buffet breakfast was good with wide array of selections from Pakistani and continental cuisine. Alltogether, highly recommended.

The cleaners/ service staff needs to put on some deodorant or perfume. Because after they left room completing the service, there was a clear smell of sweat.

Overall things are good

The FO staff was amazing, specially Ms Khatija, she ungraded my room and all the very best for your next future endeavor. How can I forget Mr. Humza always smiling and Ms. Raha promising individual. Mr. Faheem from concierge always there to help. Overall, very impressive hospitality and breakfast was an amazing feature for the stay. Hats off to the F&B team. Being a hotelier myself I can feel the inspiration in the the entire team I met. May Allah bless you all and the Avarixpress.

LED was bit smaller in size. Rest was all great.
