Although there was no1 at at 24hour reception when i arrived, (drove for ages in the dark and nobody answered the calls!) the staff were very good and amazing breakfast in the morning.

Checking in should have more communication so customers dont get lost. Although I'd informed them of late check in, (i was assured someone is there 24x7) nobody was present and didnt answer calls or msgs. It was not clearly visible where to go as it was Dark and nobody was about. They should have someone answer the calls or liase with customers.

Everything. Super cute cabin. Shower had lights and radio. Each cabin had a porch with table and chairs. Staff friendly helpful. Breakfast at restaurant had great views. Food was excellent eggs, bacon, meat, cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, pastries, coffee and juice.

Work going on behind our cabin but really didn't bother. Heater had trouble getting right but got it finally. Prefer bacon crispy but that seems the way it's done. Really not much to criticize.

This bungalow is gorgeous, has a really relaxing atmosphere, and the interior design is top-notch. It's surrounded by nature, too. The food at the restaurant was pretty good.

Water was running onto the wooden floor from the shower cabin.

The location, it was 20 minutes from Madrid by car which was great and the breakfast buffet, a lot of choice and good hours. The bungalow was of perfect size.

The smell in the room, it smelled like cheese or feet and it would not go away.

No instructions for the air conditioning/heaters. Only one restaurant open and the pool was closed due to the time of year. This was not mentioned in our completed booking

A lovely large wooden bungalow with fridge for your wine,great bathroom, nice little terrace outside,comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Directions or map to find the complex would have helped.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was fair but the bed could be better. My bed sqeeked.

The out side lights were too bright for sleeping and therefore i could not have the windows open for outside air when sleeping.

Beautiful area around the complex, very peaceful. Lovely size bungalow. Easily accessible from motorway. Clean room. Lovely lady on reception when we arrived. Parking next to bungalow. Excellent breakfast.

Ordered room service which took AGES to deliver. Ordered caesar salad which is usually chicken, bacon, parmesan cheese lettuce and caesar dressing but received a plate full of tomatoes and onion with four thin slithers of tuna on top. My husband ordered tuna, goats cheese and vegetables and received a vegetable terrine (he did enjoy his though). Be careful when you move on the bed as its on wheels haha.

We loved the cabins, the easy access to the airport, the breakfast, the peaceful area of the complex, the employees, the rental bikes, and the safety of having the kids play outside. We extended out stay, actually, and can't wait to go back!

I ways really happy with my stay and will certainly go back. If I hads to make a suggetion it would be to take better care of the rental bikes. Also, given the Covid protocol, they should make it more comfortable for those of us who eat outdoors rather than taking the risk of eating indoors. I realize they have ventilation, but we always eat outdoors. They did allow us to use a table outside, but they have large outdoor dining areas closed for winter that they could open without a problem. They also need to secure the fence to keep the ducks away from the restaurant garden. The rooms could use more light.
