We booked a very comfortable suite that was worth the extra, It was great to be able to stroll to Supersport Park to watch a T20 International match, so the hotel is extremely convenient for that. We also avoided driving home late at night by styaing over, even though we live in Joburg.

The range of options available at breakfast was very limited. However, the chef prepared a tasty bowl of ots garnished with strawberries and blueberries which was a treat. There is not much to do around the hotel except possibly shop in the adjoining mall, so this hotel is unlikely to be a good holiday destination.

Traveling with a partner who has limited the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in any way possible. The bar and dining room was above standard. With very friendly staff and service. The Restaurant and Bar menu price's were very affordable, and the food was excellent. Even though there is no room service available yet, the restaurant staff was very helpful in providing a convenient dinner take away which was served in the room. The Bar was very friendly and helpful with request which was also served in the room. I will definitely stay at The Centurion Lake Hotel again

There was nothing we did not like. Every person at the hotel was proud of their work, and assisted us in every possible way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, within their abilities.

Noisey guests, that were running, shouting and knocking on doors past midnight, without any staff monitoring and correcting the situation. One evening, 3 guests only had their shorts / boxes on and were sitting in the hallway talking loudly. There was also a day that maintenence staff in the room next to me was hammering, drilling, angle-grinding for such a long time that I took my things and left to another location as I couldn't do any work. If they had informed me, I would have made arrangements for my calls and meetings to be done elsewhere upfront.

Very nice hotel to stay in will definitely come back for my next visit, security up to standard, staff were friendly, would recommend to family and friends very nice location

There were no water in the rooms, no fridges, we requested a day before to check out an hour later since we not from that side, and we traveled by bus, so we just request to check out a little bit later so we don't have to go and sit around for a long time at Pretoria station, but when we come back just before 11 our room we're blocked, with no communication and our luggage were still inside the room

Friendly staff. Assist to book our family into rooms although we were to early. Much appreciated as we travil for medical purposes. Location is not to far to travel to Unitas hospital. Restaurant and food is exeptional.

Unfortunately the river flowing underneath the hotel is not clean. I underestimate a tire for a crocodile. Suggestion to launch a complain at the local municipality.

The location is very central and you can safely walk to the mall next door without walking in the street. Rooms are not modern, but clean and comfortable and larger than I expected. I also liked that you needed a room key to enter the hallways from the lift lobby on each floor - extra security. The breakfast was good with wide variety of options. Great cocktail option on the bar menu!

The service (especially dinner service) was VERY slow and many people complained about waiting long for meals and even drinks. The food was also average (steaks and burgers NOT recommended). The fish & chips and Ceasar Salad was really nice though. Rather go out to a restaurant for dinner - there are many in the area!

Breakfast was very good, there were everything you needed. The coffee was excellent. The cold station and fruits were fresh and a huge assortment

The rooms are a little outdated. They have old air conditioners that was difficult to select the temperature you wanted.

Location for us was great!

The stench from the pollution in the lake around the hotel. The mosquitoes and flies drawn to the untreated water in the lake and river.

All workers and managers are really kind and keen on their customers. I am still staying in that hotel and will be my choice for next accomodations. The housekeeper lady is perfectly tidying up the room. Thank you

There is nothing that I didn't like as I am on a Business trip. But the only thing that the rooms should be a bit renovated in some parts. But Generally it is good enough.

The breakfast was great and the location perfect as it was walking distance from the Centurion Mall with a security gate access

Perhaps there could be a better variety of food to choose from and the menu colour was printed on a dark background which made the reading somewhat difficult
