Because we checked in late we didn't get a chance to order supper in time we were told the kitchen staff already left , my suggestions is that kiosk/vending machines be available @ the reception for emergencies like this.I bathed with cold water in the morning and it was cold. Regards

Bathing with cold water in the morning, sleeping without eating after traveling for more than 10 hours from the village called Cholocho, my daughter send an email from South Africa just check on us because we were unavailable on the cellphone, unfortunately the was no reply and that was a scarry moment for my family back in South Africa not knowing our safety as they thought keeping in touch with the hostel via email will be the easiest way of communication between two countries.

I made provision for my own food as my stay was long. I enjoyed the fact that i could sit in the garden and relax. It was soothing.

My bathroom and toilet were outside my room. It would have been nice to know prior to booking

I really appreciated how friendly the host was, and the food was delicious. The property has a large yard, perfect for relaxing or having a braai, with plenty of trees and seating. The area is incredibly peaceful, with the soothing sound of birds singing in the background. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

The place is so beautful, nice and quiet, very clean. However the bedding can be upgraded, make it more inviting, it is too plain.

The girls that works there are so friendly

All staff exceptionally helpful warm and lovely. Especially Wendy she is an asset to your company her customers service goes above and beyond normal service she puts all her heart in it. Thank you very much Wendy

The place is in a nice suburban area. It has a very nice and relaxed environment

It is a bit isolated. It is not easily accessible if you are not driving. However there is public transport that passes by near the place

Loved this place and will definitely come again, perfect location, the front office ladies are friendly and always there to help. Spacious room with additional blankets especially for the cold winter

The neighbors were making a lot of noise, I don't know what you can do with the rooms so that whatever is happening in the next room cannot be heard.
