- The hotel staff is friendly, professional and authentic in a way that I have never experienced before - The room is very spacious and stylishly furnished. The room service is very reliable and a turndown service is carried out - The hotel is very clean and in excellent condition - At breakfast and dinner the quality of the food is exceptional - The spa area is large and there is plenty of room for relaxation - On the fifth floor, next to the beautiful pool area, there is a 350-metre circular walk around the hotel. This path is very well planted and makes you forget that you are in the middle of a metropolis of millions I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jakarta. On that note, a big thank you to the entire team for an outstanding stay!

The staff were friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom was big and clean. The shower pressure was fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods.

Our room had some minor wear and tear on the finishings in the bathroom counter and there was some water damage on the ceiling under the ac unit as well as in front of the door to the room. Room 2006

Everything was fantastic. Everyone I met in this hotel went above and beyond to make us happy. I can't compare this experience to any other including other JWs. These people are lovely and you will not regret staying here. Asia restaurant is a must and they serve the best breakfast and an amazing dinner buffet.

We were welcomed with pretty decos in the room. How very thoughtful of them. And the staffs are so friendly, super duper helpful. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay. Thanks to Iwan, Dita and theres one lady i dint get to ask her name (she even came us to personally bid goodbye when we were about to grab a cab to the airport). They were able to fulfil all of our requests, even at 1am- looking for taxis from Ancol to the hotel. Thank you very much! We had a great time staying at Ritz Carlton.

All of the thing in Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan Jakarta were super amazing and awesome. All the staffs were super duper awesome and kind also warm heart. They really did a great job. I will never forget to stay there with amazing view and the room was super comfortable.

Everything was great;

Except for the check in. The checkin time was 3pm and we were there at 3:10pm, but rooms weren't ready till 4:30pm. And when i asked for late check out to compensate for that, they said, 1hour complimentary late check out, 3 hours will cost IDR 2Million and full night charge a minute after that.

The room was incredible. Mayfair suite was huge with so much space and comfort! The staff were so friendly and couldn’t have done anymore to make sure we had the perfect stay! The pool and spa facilities were impeccable and the lounge bar was fantastic with food drink and service

As a Muslim we need proper cleaning after finished doing our daily toilet. Hope can provide additional water tape for cleaning our bump and the top WC cover. Thanks

Everything was perfect! The staff were absolutely amazing. They helped me with my full proposal to my wife to be. Everything last minute, they went out a bought me wedding ring box, decorated the room (amazingly May I add). Me and my wife to be could not have been happier. The staff even gave us a little teddy bear for our son waiting at home. Huge thanks to Velma, Melany, Nandhira, Houdy, Galang, Steven. I literally could not have proposed without you guys! ❤️❤️❤️
