Beautiful room which was serviced twice a day every day by an exceptionally helpful housekeeping lady, all common areas of the hotel kept clean and tidy, excellent selection of drinks and cocktails available as part of the AI offer, food on offer in both the buffet and a la carte restaurants was very high quality and was always fresh. Every single member of staff I came into contact with during my stay was friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to please guests. Clean pools with allocated sun-loungers for the duration of my stay (some people don't seem keen on having allocated beds but for me it was amazing, didn't matter that I didn't get the pool until 11am on a morning my space was there waiting for me.... I cannot understand anyone who would prefers to get up of the crack of dawn to 'bagsy' a spot!) Sun loungers reasonably spread out so not all squished together like sardines. Staff collecting empty glasses from around the pool all day everyday so it always felt clean and tidy. Most of the sunbathing and poolside areas were no-smoking with allocated places outside for people to smoke so not surrounded by cigarette smoke and dirty ashtrays.

I can't think of anything really. If I was being picky I would say the view from my balcony wasn't very attractive (rooftop and carpark) however I did not book/pay for a room with a pool or sea view so I can't grumble about this!

Great staff. Guest services and the reception were very kind and accommodating, helping us find a better room for our guests, so happy with them. The staff at the restaurants/cafes were always glad and helpful. The hotel felt very spacious, never crowded which was amazing. Everything felt clean everywhere were went. Food at the a la carte restaurants were really above expectations, great flavours.

Some of the facilities are getting old, you could hear everything into our room from the hall. The AC was a bit difficult to regulate, and a bit smelly sometimes. The upcoming renovations are hopefully fixing that. The main buffet was nice, Breakfast was great but I would have liked to see better salads with better flavours and dressings during lunch/dinner. The biggest fail is the spa. Some staff that barely understood English and the decor/ambiance is awful.

One of the best resorts we have stayed at hands down. We booked our holiday here to celebrate my partner's birthday, which the staff went above and beyond on the day to have a delicious cake, card & balloon in the room :) All the staff we encountered during our stay were so lovely and attentive. Shout out to the amazing bar staff in the You & Me bar - they took care of us every night and were such a pleasure to talk with. We especially loved the amazing cocktail making skills! The facilities were amazing - from the multiple pools to the variety of food options in the buffet, snackeria, or American diner - excellent! There is also entertainment every night which is really great - we LOVED the Queen cover band night! Have been singing praises for this resort to all my friends - and my partner and I plan to return next year as well. Book this resort, you won't regret it!

Only thing to point out given we went in March is sea and pools will be on the colder side - this didn't bother us though as we still enjoyed some swim time. The AC was also turned off as it was end of winter season - however the week we stayed it was unseasonally hot which made it a little uncomfortable at times, however the staff remedied this by providing a large in room fan (you can also open the patio/balcony doors).

The hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine service. I want to express my gratitude to several staff members: Mr. Demetris, Mr. Marios, Ms. Eva, and Ms. Leoni at the reception desk; Mr. Antonios, who is always welcoming near the main restaurant with a warm smile and is incredibly helpful; and Ms. Stelly along with the ladies in the kids' mini club. I appreciate all the hotel staff for their hard work. You are all wonderful! Thank you for making my family's stay enjoyable. Your genuine care for your guests, combined with your professionalism, is truly remarkable. I appreciate it immensely and would absolutely love to come back!

Nothing I could think about.

The room was beautiful and there were little touches such as welcome cards, chocolates,and invites to drinks were lovely. Christmas eve gala dinner was outstanding and new years eve also. The bar staff in the you and me bar are so welcoming and efficient. The main restaurant staff were also outstanding. The spa was lovely also. Service outside on the terrace was also very good. The Italian restaurant was wonderful, the guest relations ensured my husband's intolerance was fully catered for. As a foot note I would like to praise all the staff in the hotel, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay.

The tables are very close together in the main restaurant . It feels uncomfortable and intrusive. I appreciate it's winter and other restaurants in the hotel are closed however this issue needs addressing over the festive period especially Christmas day!

Breakfast was good, lots of options, very large buffet. The dinning room is never too crouded and no waiting lines. Dinner was also great, very night a different theme which is great. There are also 3 or 4 resatuarants that you need reservations to, we ate a the italian one which was good, and the asian one was execptional, we really enjoyed it. There are 3 very large pools, with pool bars with lots of options to choose from, one of the pools is adult only if you need a little quiet time. The staff was amazing, and help with anything we needed, and the extra bonus is we got upgraded to a suit with private pool for our aninvversary which was an amazing surprise. Our whole experience was just great, we didnt feel the need to leave the hotel. There is also a nice little beach to enjoy the sea, and water sports (not part of the hotel) The kids and teen clubs were also top notch. although the hotel was full, it has amazing croud control, as we never felt too crouded.

Everything was great. only thing i would ask is more none pork pasta options at the Italian restaurant, but thats really it.

We had the most wonderful time at Laguna Resort Hotel in Paphos! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with so many fresh options, and the service throughout our stay was unbeatable. Even check-out was smooth and easy. Honestly, we loved everything about this hotel and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Great pools and range of inclusive drinks.

The food was very good but the restaurant management needs to change and improvements made. The Garibaldi Restaurant is pretentious, it may think that it is Michelin stat but IT ISN'T. There is a scam in the self service restaurant whereby staff 'reserve' tables, this defeats the whole idea of self service and whoever turns up first gets the best seat. Complaining to the manager was a complete waste of time, perhaps he his part of the scam and I wonder how much it costs to 'reserve' a table?

I travelled with my 2 daughters, 13 and 17. Lovely hotel with great staff. The food was excellent with a huge choice. Evening entertainment was the best I've seen in a hotel. Great talent there. I would definitely return to this hotel. On the negative side, some areas in the hotel are not for children. Frustrating that I couldn't eat in certain areas or in Garibaldi's with my daughters. They are young adults, not children and it seemed absolutely ridiculous to us to be separated like that. Maybe implementing "over 12's only"...

The hotel was wonderful in every aspect. Spotlessly clean and looks newly renovated. Very fast and efficient check in, lovely spacious rooms (we were in 3108 which had a pool and side sea view). Fantastic breakfast buffet choice. The breakfast omelette and eggs Benedict were lovely. Buffet lunch and dinner were also excellent. Lots of variety and nicely cooked. The Italian restaurant Garibaldi was fantastic and highly recommended. Spa and indoor pool were great (indoor pool a bit small if too many people are in there), lots of outside pool choice and no issues with the availability of towels or loungers, super friendly staff everywhere. We are going to book again for next year.
