Great location next to Taoyuan Station (NOT HRT). Maybe a 3-5 min walk. Breakfast was awesome! Very typical of East Asia, so not the sweet breakfast Americans are used to. Hot dishes, salad, soup, toast, dumplings, rice porridge, and fruit. Kid friendly options as well. There was a drink machine as well as a latte machine. The lattes were great! They were constantly refilling dishes, so very attentive. Staff was super friendly every time we passed by them! Great value!

It was as expected. Not bad, but notes - Walls were thin so we could hear noises from neighbors, and there was signs of aging in the room, but that’s pretty typical of hotels in this area. The value was great! No complaints overall.

The hotel is located about 200 metres from Taoyuan Train Station which makes it extremely convenient. The staff is friendly and professional in their tasks. The room is comfortable and decent with good breakfast provided everyday. Bed is also comfortable and I am able to sleep soundly at night. If you are hungry at night, there is an eatery downstairs as well as a 7-11 store beside.

It could be a little pricey for a budget traveller like me but something has got to give if you want comfort and convenience at the same time.

Very comfy and quiet room, cleaning staff and receptionists were very kind and assistant all the time. Clean rooms, lobby, breakfast area. Very good location to reach many places by walking and bus station in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very rich and lots of local foods every morning.

There was no laundry service for personal cleaning available. But a public laundry service in walking distance.

I am wondering why I have paid in cash, and they can charge on my credit card as well. I think it's not fair or it's a mistake I don't know 😕 I wish the money which they have charged on the card should be refunded. Otherwise, it should be considered as a double payment, which is not fair.

Modern and clean room. Nice clean comfortable bed. Free breakfast.

The location is a bit far from the Taoyuan Airport. There is no MRT that comes here. The Taoyuan train only takes you to Shabin station and then you must take Uber or Taxi for $12 to get to the hotel.

Clean, convenient location and friendly staffs.

No views and the refrigerator is not cold because of eco. The fridge does not serve the purpose.

Even though staying on 7 floor, we still can hear the cars and motorcycles zooming past time to time throughout the entire night.

V near to the train station and bus terminal. Within walking distance to shopping area.

The room that we stayed is a little noisy as it was facing the main road.

Location is excellent. Lots of eateries around. Hotel is good for 1 night stay. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Not too far from Taoyuan international airport. By taxi from airport is about NT$650.

Rooms are a little cramped, but it's not a big deal because the facilities are great.
