Great hotel, which was very spacious! The room can fit 3 large suitcases comfortably. Large comfortable beds too. Pillow a little high for my liking. Great view from the balcony of buildings and the mountains. The highway was right in front, but wasn't noisy with the doors closed (12th floor). There were complimentary snacks and fruit in the lobby, and also cup noodles at night. There was a toy room which had a variety of toys to entertain young kids for hours. Nintendo was also there. However, it seems like a game card or account was required to utilize. Coin operated washer and dryer was handy, note that it closes at night. Variety of cold boxed drinks such as milk tea, barley, sports drink, and fruit juice was complimentary in the room, and restocked every room refresh. Bus station right around the corner, and plenty of eateries and Starbucks a few shops down. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. Very clean, and modern toilets with a bidet was a bonus.

Netflix was advertised as a room amenity, however, it was not. You need your own Netflix account to watch. Conflicting and confusing information was provided to us. 1 staff member advised that everything in the room was complimentary (tariff list is only for extra items that you request for), even the yukata that was nicely provided on the bed. Big sign in the cupboard said that yukata should not be taken home. Re-confirmed with another staff, and they confirmed that no yukata should be taken home. Not a fault of the hotel, but the closest MRT station exit did not have escalators going up (or down). If frequenting the MRT with kids, something to take note.

Spacious room in a convenient location within walking distance to the MRT. We appreciated the complimentary biscuits and fruits available in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Toby, the assistant manager, for being exceptionally accommodating and attentive to our needs. We were delighted with Mr Hampcourt, the delivery robot, who was very efficient and diligent 👍!

There’s a bit of unpleasant smell in the room every now and then. This was kind of sorted out by having an air purifier in the room and having the aircon turned on all the time.

Great location with Metro station few minutes walk away. Convenient stores and places for food. They have a coin laundry on the 3rd that opens from 7am to 9am which is great. The hotel is clean and lots of space in the guest room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great place to get a good night rest after a long day of sightseeing.

Across from highway so a bit noisy at night

The rooms and bathrooms are huge and beds are super comfortable. The staff is very helpful and I appreciate their Manager Wayne who went out of his way to secure a wheelchair for my mum's use during our stay. Drop off at the main entrance is convenient as well with no stairs. Beautiful lobby but not big.

Breakfast is below expectation for a hotel buffet breakfast, needs improvement. Little variety and close to boring. Ham was added on the 4th day when there was a Japanese tour group. Hot food was lukewarm, like scrambled eggs (no other choice) and a lonely pizza stands exposed and cold. Quality of towels doesn't match a 4 star hotel - worn from overuse. Hotel was opened in 2021 acc to website but I later discovered that it wasn't really that new, likely renovated and changed hands.

Spacious, high ceiling, large beds, very clean . Staff are friendly, walkable to MRT stations. I love they put fresh fruits, crackers and fresh water with fresh lemon or orange in the lobby waiting area to welcome guests.

I wish they provided some weekend rooms for individual family travelers . It’s hard to reserve rooms on weekends because the hotel has been booked up by group via travel agents.

I stayed here for the quarantine, but they have 3 fixed windows for meals, 1 hour each. Delivery outside of the window will cost you extra 100NTD. it’s not fair to limit the delivery to 1hr each. I suggest 2 hour window.

The hotel location is near to MRT and the room extremely huge with nice bedding, clean toilet and even with pyjamas. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel will prepare small snacks and fruits all day long. Even with Taiwan Cup noodles for supper, is really very thoughtful and kind.

The staff is great, especially the manager! Very courteous and helpful. I got a free upgrade of my room which is a pleasant surprise. The trip was very pleasant and nice. Location of the hotel is very convenient for me and my family.

Only minor inconvenience is that the room seems to lack enough power outlet.

Front Office Manager Julia speak perfect English and helpful to all the guests. Location of the hotel is excellent, 200 mtr. from the Bus Stations connected to entire city. Breakfast is Buffet, Rooms are big. Hotel is very clean and around the property many restaurants. Taiwan Korean Japanese food a lot. connected to center of the city very easy.
