Nice cozy hotel. Spa, fitness, restaurants. Nice lobby with views. Huge rooms with everything what your need. Good breakfast with many options of food. Fresh juice, nice staff.

CocaCola in minibar - 5 euro. A little bit to much. Walk to ski lift 10-15 mins if you in ski boots it is not simple. Parking 10 euro day, but if you have electirc car and need charger it is 20 euro day

One of the best hotel services I’ve ever experienced. I traveled alone for skiing in March (late season). Staff is super nice and kind in general, showing a great attention to details. From the warm welcoming at front desk, to the amenities (water, coffee and chocolate) offered every evening by the room service. The hotel has different restaurants with really good food and fair prices. It is located close to granvalira soldeu station (aprox 5 min walk) but they even offer shuttle (I never had to wait as they are always there waiting for customers). Super recommended and will definitely come back in the future with my family and friends. Thank you team!

I would just suggest that I expected from a 5-star hotel to have the spa facilities (pool, sauna, gym) to be included in the price, charging only for treatments.

good hotel very helpful. Massive downside you are charged for use of the pool and given its around £1850 for 2 for 6 days half board. Additionally tap water at dinner is charged which is a bit surprising, however the buffet is excellent.

Extra charges for using the pool is expensive on a daily bases but they offer a 3 day pool deal with 5% reduction but at 15euro a day its not a lot, also if like us having a party of 4 £120 additional to use the pool is a bit off..... they recycle the water glass bottles daily and there is a charge for filtered tap water it dinner which lets the hotel down would look like penny pinching where they can.

Loved the rooms, the view, the decor, the friendly staff, the shuttle service to the gondola, ski lockers and equipment hire right beneath the hotel. Breakfast and food in general also great and kids club a nice plus (although we didn’t use it) Really nice to have a large, well equipped gym and spa. Spa is small but lovely, however I do feel it should be included in the price (although perhaps it’s too small to accommodate the number of guests?)

Shower wasn’t very good, always ran hot and cold no matter what time of day we used it. Pillows also not great.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's preferences. The hotel is very child-friendly, with a wonderful room designed specifically for kids, which kept our little one entertained. The spa was relaxing and well-maintained—a perfect spot to unwind. We also loved the food here. The lobby bar serves delicious dishes, and the buffet dinner was simply amazing

While the hotel offers great amenities and delicious food, there were a couple of disappointments during our stay. The rooms are not soundproof, which made it difficult to fully relax, especially at night. Additionally, for $600 per night, we expected the spa access to be included in the price. Charging extra for this felt a bit unreasonable given the premium rate.

Gorgeous five star property. Beautiful view and comfortable rooms. The shuttle to the ski area was super efficient and I never waited more than a couple of minutes. Great gym too. Buffet breakfast was over the top. Great dinner options too.

My only issue was they charged 18€ per day if you wanted to use the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. I’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels and never been charged extra for these amenities - it’s tacky to me. I would recommend they make this clear in their reservation and offer it as an up charge like half board or full board.

We loved the beautiful room, friendly and welcoming staff, shuttle to the gondola/chairlift, excellent breakfast, and ease of booking things like lift passes through the hotel

Spa was really busy when we went, with people “claiming” the limited number of loungers with towels etc so there weren’t many places to sit and relax. People with kids were slow to leave at the end of the child-friendly hours. Some ground rules enforced by staff would be a help in managing how busy the spa can get once the pistes close

The hotel is very well designed, the lobby bar food is excellent, the italian resturant is superb. The staff was very polite and helpful, great warm hospitality team. Professional and personal.

Thet dont have a pool! The icons in Bookings are missleading! The have a very expenssive spa that costs extra! So is the parking. The advertisement is false , only whem.you get there, the staff that are well aware of this situation show you how to scroll all the way down and find the fine print about their hotel. Its a shame and a dissapoitment.

SPA was a disappointing experience and at extra cost. Waiting time at the lobby bar were really very very long in the evenings. Restaurants in the hotel were fully booked for dinners. Book them a few weeks in advance even if you stay in the hotel.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Especially those who were at the reception, the bellboys and the shuttle drivers. I thank all of them. The ski rental and ski pass was available at the hotel which was wonderful. It made my ski holiday easier than ever. However the cleaning staff should be more trained because everyday there was a different way of cleaning the rooms, I believe that should be standardized in a hotel like that.
