We loved the balcony, had our coffee out there each morning at sunrise, and the view was amazing. Clean place, comfortable beds. Close to restaurants, loved having 7-11 nearby. Busy nightlife, festival nearby, rail car, it was a fun area.

All of the check-in instructions were in Korean. Help!!!! We also didn’t have a Korean phone, so we couldn’t call anyone. Another guest helped us. Thank goodness, or I don’t know what we would have done. Please, either have English check-in instructions, or maybe an email address that you check often??? Also, no help with the washing machine. I really wanted to use it, but didn’t want to break it.

Excellent location with wonderful water views. Really liked the balcony and option to have the door open (with insect shield) to enjoy the fresh ocean air. The room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom immaculately clean. Excellent value for money. Self serve coffee machine in lobby was great. Check in and check out kiosk was very good with telephone assistance if needed. Lots of local restaurants located close to hotel.

No staff at check in - but we arrived late in the evening. Check in Kiosk was very convenient with telephone assistance if required. Check out was very easy with key drop off kiosk.

I didn’t know what to expect as i booked it in a rush. And I LoVED it! I thought i walked into a kdrama apartment 😂 So clean! ( even ordered fried chicken delivered at the door!!!) It is a building with a few floor levels and there are other businesses in the same building. The floor where my room was are just all apartments. There is a convenience store nearby but it was raining hard so I didn’t bother. There is a couple bottle of water for you in the room and that tide me over for the night. BOOK YOUR TAXI TO GO BACK TO THE AIRPORT THE DAY BEFORE. It’s not easy to get one.

Not that I didn’t like it. I should have done my research and read more! It’s a self check in. You have to find the English option on the menu. I checked in around 6pm. No one was there to help but when i went around the corner where there are tables and vending machine, there is someone but she does not speak English. I did call out before that but she never let on that she was there. Good thing the head housekeeper arrived. Speaks great English. She helped me check in and later helped me order my fried chicken delivery. There’s a coffee place on the level below my room but they have already closed for the day. I have videos instead of photos so I can’t post it here :(

The hotel was very clean and had an outstanding view away from the city noise, a few restaurants and cafes around the area 20 minutes away from the airport. I did a staycation there

The hotel was located away from most things. View was great and it was quiet. Several good, but expensive, restaurants were close by. There is a history museum and Rail-car ride within a short walking distance.

The free airport shuttle only operates in the morning. I didn’t know this and chose the hotel because of the free shuttle. Our flight arrived at 3:30pm, so no shuttle. We had no easy choice but to hire a taxi.

Location was fantastic. Excellent restaurants within short walk. Room was extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable. Stunning water views. So nice to sit out on balcony with ocean breeze.

Late check in - no staff on front desk. Had a tiny bit of trouble using digital check in at kiosk, but staff were helpful over the phone. It was very quick to check in.

The view from the balcony and the jacuzzi were amazing. The rooms were very stylish and bright. The bathroom contained a lot of little details like toothbrushes which were really nice surprises.

The last steps of the self check-in were in Korean although we started in English so we struggled a little and there was no one around to help. Other than that everything was nice.

We liked the self-checkin machine, the view, the bedding, the free shuttle to the airport, the lights, the air conditioner... Everything! :)

The shuttle driver was a few minutes late. It didn't matter to us as we were in advance but it could have been a problem if our flight was earlier. And at 6AM there was nobody at the counter.

Very nice hotel located in a quiet area. There are some restaurants and coffee shops nearby and there are bus stops not far so it is easily to travel to other parts of the city. It is possible to leave the luggage before check-in time. The room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. The bed was very big. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great room, one can stay long term if necessary. Great view. Close to airport, 20 min taxi ride costs 20k won

Not necessarily a negative as it is a self service hotel but didn't see a single staff.
