We’ve stayed here many times and it never disappoints. This time we booked two apartments for our daughter and her wife. they loved the round bed :) While we enjoyed a huge balcony with a hot tub. The building is always clean, well kept, and has the bonus of a small pool outside. We also appreciated the breakfast boxes with our apartment number on them, filled with drinks, cold cuts, and sandwiches, such a thoughtful touch. We didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities this visit, but next time we’ll definitely plan a longer stay.

The only small downside is that on the first floor you can sometimes hear other guests coming and going, but it didn’t spoil our stay.

The large jacuzzi was great - I eventually found the on/off button under the waterline! A good location near the beach, although it is better to walk at least 10 minutes south to avoid sea pollution near the port. An abundant breakfast at the cafe 50 metres down the road. They basically give you virtually every variety of cake and croissant they have plus some finger sandwiches. We tried to hand some of it back so as not to waste it - they offered to wrap for us to take away. Awesome.

A small room for the price, but adequate for our need and very clean and well maintained. The sea pollution is present on the nearest beach - walk south past a couple of breakwaters for cleaner sea.

Nice place, however the pool and the Jacuzzi are simply tourist traps.

The Jacuzzi is in the balcony of the room in open air, and if you go in the cool season it is an useless gadget. Took the room several days and the breakfast was always the same and lame.

My recent stay at B&B La Riserva Dannunziana Luxury Suites was absolutely outstanding. I can't rate it anything less than a perfect 10! From the warm welcome to the luxurious suites, everything was top-notch. The proximity to the Dannunziana Nature Reserve added an extra layer of serenity to the experience. Breakfast was a delightful treat. I highly recommend this B&B for an unforgettable stay. Thanks to the entire team for a fantastic time!

This is a beautiful, new and immaculately clean apartment. The check in is seamless, it offers convenient parking right on-site (10€), a wonderful breakfast at a very nearby cafe and it is in a great location. This is our second time staying here and we would highly recommend it when you are in Pescara.

What a beautiful suite, we loved it! It's very modern, looked brand new, immaculately clean, wonderful location and beautiful grounds. It was like an oasis in an already beautiful neighborhood. We never met the staff, but communication was awesome. Having a place to park was a great bonus. And if it weren't for time constraints, we would have stayed longer. This is a 12 out of 10; if it's available, don't miss the chance to stay here!

Just loved the room, with the SPA in the balcony and view into the park. Very close to so many great restaurants and the access to the beach.. Very friendly host that greeted us and showed us around and recommended restaurants in the area. It was just so perfect to come after day of driving, going to the spa and the to a very nice restaurants in the area. Could not recommend it more! The car park was behind closed gate, so we did not have to worry about the car. Very nice selection of TV-stations to watch and connection to Netflix in our language (unlike some other hotels), good coffee machine in the room.

Beautiful modern property with many extras. Close to the beach and restaurants. It was great that we could reserve two beds and umbrella on the beach with a discount. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Ultra modern decor including a round bed. A lovely room in a great location and very nice neighborhood. Beautiful patio and outdoor space. Short walk to good restaurants serving traditional Abruzzese food. Free parking. Very helpful an cordial staff.

An unusual layout. The wall of the shower next to the bed is clear glass, resulting in the shower stall and the rest of the bathroom being visible from the bedroom. Breakfast required a walk to a local cafe that serves only coffee, tea and sweets.
