The staff (owner) and her visiting family were generous with their time and knowledge of the region. They were flexible with us as we made our way to the property, and again when we decided, at the drop of a hat, to stay a 2nd night. The property is VERY QUIET!! We slept like babies (very comfy beds!!)!
This 1887 building has 12+ foot ceilings (cool) and the doors have historic transom windows above each room. The lights in the hall shine through the transom. I think some tasteful curtains that cut down on the amount of light that shines in could be installed.

I was very surprised to see how beautiful it actually is! It’s a vintage building that’s been restored with modern facilities but still has an old time vibe! Once you slip into bed and pull the down comforter over you, you are engulfed in comfort!!!
I was a little clueless when I got there on where to go to check in, I was expecting some sort of front desk. I hadn’t read the email before I got there as I was on the road for 9 hours.

This is, hands down, the coolest place to stay in Northwest Arkansas. Everything about this inn is an experience. It is so well thought out, and everything during your stay is unique and special. The bathrooms have handmade soaps, lotions, beard oils, balms, bamboo toothbrushes… all for your use. The beds are incredibly comfortable and each room has its own special theme. The price is crazy affordable, and the village of Chester and the Boston mountains are so nice to wake up to in the morning.

it is a very different setting than any short term rental we have ever used. there is so much character, it feels like a sweet little camp getaway or something!
the walls are very thin, to the point that you can hear like every word, cough, and movement in the room next to you.

The property is very unique and mysterious, like a step back into time. Each room is themed. The dinner show is fabulous. I highly recommend "The 6 Foot Climb." The breakfast at Homegrown Foods restaurant superb. Have the mushroom quiche. The sheets on my bed smelled so fresh and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms are shared but it wasn't a problem. They were clean. A great girls weekend getaway.
I loved everything about it.

Guys! I can not say enough about this place! This is such a beautiful Inn. Opened in 1887 and it's just amazing! 11 beautiful rooms, 10 rooms share 1 bathroom and 1 room has a private bath (our room). If you are planning a trip in Arkansas this is a must stay at Inn. Not ideal for small kids, ( lots of antiques) Perfect for Adults to go back in time. The Staff is so sweet. I will be coming back here!
I didnt like that we didnt plan on staying long!!!!! We will next time!!!!!

The quaintness of it all!! 💖
We loved it all, but it could use a brighter light over the dinning room table or a light switch optional (dimmer) for playing games at the table!!

Lovely, homey, very clean and quiet. Stay exceeding our exceptions and was a great place to stay on our way to Fayetteville from Texas!!
Very nice bathroom, but shared (did know this before booking).

Very sweet place! Loved the products in the bathroom and the store attached to the hotel.
No formal “check in” desk so never saw any of the hotel staff during our three day stay.

Fascinating place. We were a bit concerned about the communal bathrooms but they were amazing! Very cool vibe in the place and close proximity to the University of Arkansas
We did not have any issues
