Location was off the beaten path but only about four kilometers from Sestri Levante city center. We rode their bicycles into town on both days and this was convenient, but not an experience for the faint-hearted (traffic is intense as get close to town). Sestri Levante is charming and the cove beach area is stunning. Breakfast at the B&B is delivered outside your room in a small metal box and is adequate (a quaint approach); bread was particularly good. Staff was nice and answered our questions. They kindly provide printed information on traveling in the area in the room, which frequently isn't the case with smaller places like this (kudos to them, for sure). A good base to explore Cinque Terre by train, but you'll have to get downtown first. We also enjoyed going to Levanto, another beach town, and the very small village center just north of the B&B.

Need to provide more coffee in the room. Should perhaps give guests a list each day to see if need something, like small variations in the breakfast (some hard cheese would be nice). Bicycles can be iffy (one of the two bikes we took is falling apart, and gear chain came off multiple times while riding and had to be put back on); little guidance is offered on the bicycles. The immediate surrounding area is rural but has much more litter than is acceptable to a visiting tourist.

Alice and her husband are very considerate hosts. They have thought about everything to make the place fully equipped and very comfortable. It is great to be able to have the windows open and not have to worry about mosquitoes.

Nothing - it is perfect

What an amazing stay at this B&B! We loved the breakfast and the bikes that were included. The place was gorgeous and not too far out of the centre, but far enough for the peace and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were so accommodating. thank you so much.

The way they received us, so profesional and kind. How they take care of every detail. And the breakfast, muy favourite.

Everything was amazing i even wanted to stay longer

Lovely, adorable and clean place. Very nice little swimming pool to cool down. Beautiful decorated rooms and the wind is blowing through the fences with a lovely view towards the hills. Very nice hosts and wonderful breakfast. PS. Note: though not 100% accessible for wheelchairs (small step and shower is difficult), it is for 95% and that helped us a lot too for our boy.

Bit far from town

Very comfortable and clean property, breakfast was always delivered early with ample of bread, pastries, fruits and all the condiments (butter, jam, honey, cheese, cream, meats, milk, juice etc). Nice table and chairs outside in the shade to enjoy the morning fresh air, surrounded with mountains. Sadly location is not ideal if you do not have a car, it takes one hour to walk into the town.

Due to the extreme hot weather (not usually this hot in Italy, we believe its been like this across europe), it was very warm inside the property. We had a fan which was a life saver! Couldn't sit outside the pool due to the mosquitos and flies.
