The view is amazing, the suites spacious, great food and very friendly staff. Breakfast amazing.

The price for extras is exaggerated. Example: 500€ for 90min massage and 60min facial…! and we came early in the morning but after sunrise and asked upfront if possible for early check in and they said yes for a fee without specifically mention the fee. While we were on our way to the hotel they sent another message that the extra “fee” was a full night! Too late to reorganize our plans. Hotel was only 60% full so the argument that they had to block the room to be sure is not valid. Hence, if you go here early, better NOT tell them you come early so they do not “block the room”….!

Probably the most beautiful and calm hotel I have seen in my life. The activities (via ferrata, sky gazing, walk and bike trails), the quality of the food (I met the chef and congratulated him), the kindness of the staff, the cleanness and size of the habitations and the beauty of the surroundings. I will keep these two days as the highlight of my holidays

Amazing stay at Alila Jabal Akhdar. The accommodation, the staff, the food, the facilities were all fabulous. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we couldn't have been happier. We booked the Hajar Pavillion dinner for our celebration and it was perfect out on the cliff edge away from everyone else, so special for us. This is a truly fabulous resort with views to die for. It is a luxury resort and the prices reflect that, but it is also a luxury experience and the service, facilities and the ambience are just fantastic. Thank you to Alila and all the staff who made our stay so special.

There was nothing to dislike at this at this resort. We loved it.

1) A la carte breakfast bad idea First day it was perfect, but next day ,before weekend When there were more people, the waiters mixed up my order several times, first they didn't bring it at all, then after my complain, they brought it twice Brunch ( rose place ) was tasty….. 2) Local trips told the reception staff that I ( and my husband)an elderly persons , and would like some kind of easy trip. They gave me a map and said that it was an hour-long trip. We had to turn back halfway. The couple who went with us had to call for help because they got lost. In fact, everything was much more complicated than it seemed they could have warned us about….

Astounding all round experience as expected from Alila. Though a special shoutout to Alanoud. She has to be the brightest, most intelligent, and interesting person I hv met in a while. Would have visited even just to experience the activities she was facilitating. Inspiring and impressive. Everyone else was also kind and genuinely wanted to connect and help. I would specially like to mention Julia, Reema, Arif, the yoga teacher I forgot name of, Ibrar, Illiyas, and Ali Akbar. A huge thank you to all the rest of the team as well.

loved the location and you basically pay the high price for the view but it is worth it. the walking trails even for kids were great and the little kids club. staff were super friendly and the food quality in the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner was good.

the room buildings are looking super nice on the outside but it is missing a luxury feel on the inside. they are good, but the furniture looks old and they should have gone with a slight more up market rustic look. the red curtain to the dressing area makes it look cheap. small changes and the room would feel more luxury. also no proper mini bar or kettle. no tea bags. strongly disliked that all breakfast was al la carte and no buffet. they should have the basics such as cereal / bread etc on a small buffet or at least put butter/ Jams on the table.

Staying at Alila Jabal Akhdar was truly phenomenal. The tranquil atmosphere is food for the soul, with every aspect of the resort reflecting relaxation, tranquility, and peace. It’s a perfect place to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with both oneself and nature. Staff: From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that made us feel like we were visiting family. The staff created an environment where it felt like we were amongst good friends, which added to the overall charm of our stay. Room and Housekeeping: Our room was absolutely gorgeous, exuding a relaxing, peaceful, and romantic ambiance. I appreciated the sustainable practices, such as the cute pottery bottles filled with shower gel, shampoo, bath salt, body lotion, and conditioner. The attention to detail was evident in the small gestures, like the daily surprises from the housekeeping team—beautifully wrapped gifts in pottery jars that felt like a special touch made with love. Hiking: The hiking experience was wonderful and breathtaking. The staff provided us with an excellent map and clear directions for the route, ensuring we knew what to expect. We were also given thermal bottles filled with ice-cold water to keep us hydrated, along with sun hats for protection from the sun. The hiking route is clearly and perfectly marked out. Pools: The pools are perfectly located, offering stunning views of the mountains. They are beautiful, peaceful, safe, and impeccably clean. We especially enjoyed the smaller pool with its heated water, making it a perfect spot to relax. The resort beautifully utilises the surrounding nature, offering meditation and yoga sessions at sunrise and sunset. At night, we enjoyed stargazing, adding a magical touch to our experience. Overall, Alila Jabal Akhdar exceeded our expectations, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a serene getaway in nature!

Everything especially the food, dinner and break was suberb.

The main swimming pool was under maintenance and no clear information was on Booking. After I booked, the hotel sent me a message about it. They open one villa swimming pool for the guests but is not the same as the main swimming pool.

Beautiful, welcoming enviroment. The views are mesmerizing. Very friendly staff, they made us feel very special and comfortable. Delicious food! We had a birthday dinner at Cliff Edge and it was perfect. Amazing facilities and a lot of activity possibilities like hiking, masterclasses, mountain bike riding, stargazing. The Via Ferrata was incredible! The guide and his collegue were super friendly and supportive. We enjoyed every single moment at Alila Jabal Akhdar. Thank you!!

Room Restaurant landscape experience pool

hi, the check-in was not necessarily pleasant because the agent immediately offered to upgrade our room even though we had told them that the room we had booked was already very good. The agent really insisted on selling us the room, and even forced us to visit the other room that had been upgraded. when you check in, you're not there to visit the other rooms. We were just hoping to be left alone in our room.
